After payment I had to follow up with him several times, each time he forgot who I was and what I was calling about which made me feel very uneasy but of course I already paid him his upfront $4500.00 charge. He delayed my court date and advised me not to get my license back after the 3 months and to wait until court date... which he kept delaying. After the 3 month suspension was up as per his advice I went without a license for another 5 months. This turned out to only hurt me as it had nothing to do with the overall case. I had to sacrifice my job and sell my house because of my financial situation. I was just able to get by during the initial 3 months and could've taken another opportunity but he just told me to wait. Fast forward to the long awaited court date and a WEEK before my case I get a call from his minion saying that he was off on personal leave and that she did not know when he would be returning. My options were : wait until his return which was not known at the time or take some other guy who is a friend of his. Now isn't that great? I thought I was getting what I paid for which was RICHARD as my lawyer, all to find out a few days before it was some other chump... who almost had the judge give me a stiffer penalty for opening his mouth... the guy had no idea who I was or what I was there for... which again made me feel great Please everyone who is considering him, do your research and find someone else who you can trust... which is a hard thing to do with these people.
