We were planning on coming into the store to look at the Adirondack style chairs they have. Some guy with groceries in both hands was walking very angrily past and told me to "get off of his furniture". As he kept walking I inquired as to what he was talking about. He yelled from a good 30 feet away that he owns the store and I need to get off his furniture. A couple that were walking out of Publix let me know that he's an *sshole and nobody can stand him. I'm normally vocal amongst friends about supporting local businesses. Not this place! Can anybody tell me they've ever been yelled at to get off display furniture at a furniture store? There are dozens of displays chairs in front of his store. What a psycho. I'm sure you can find everything he sells on Amazon for less and nobody is going to yell at you and treat you like dirt before you make a purchase. My advice to the owner is to be nice to people. Life is too short to be a dick. Oh, maybe get a new sign for your store too. It needs to be replaced and is an eyesore compared to other businesses in the plaza.

There were huge streaks down all our many windows like she sprayed the cleaner and didn't wipe it up. We could tell the stove hadn't been wiped at all. I took a rag to it and it came up dark with grime....not just a little bit. She also threw some of our stuff out in the middle of our front yard along with any garbage she made or found. The floors had not been mopped at all. Deep clean to me means mop the dang floors. We said the previous tenant had a dog and we wanted the floors scrubbed. The window tracks have 2 inches of dust and dirt in them, obviously not touched by her rag. My husband and I walk around and wonder what she did for $220. I would not recommend this service. We messaged her asking about what she did and she got very defensive instead of trying to come to some sort of agreement.

I found their rep a bit er...I don't know that 'abrasive' is the word but... with somewhat of a 'can't do' attitude. I was also surprised that unlike another company that came out to my apartment for a consultation, their rep never asked me in advance to give them a sense of what I was looking for color/style-wise. When they showed up to my home and we began talking about colors and styles, I was surprised that they did not seem prepared to show me examples of styles. So they had to go on the internet and do a 'search' to look for potential valance styles for example, to show me. In the end, the price they quoted to me was double what two other companies (Smith and Noble, and Horizon Window Treatments) quoted. So I didn't end up using Day Light...
