Based on a coworkers recommendation for Silver Stag I called at about 4pm that same day to get an inspection done. He was able to schedule it the very next day at 9am and took care of getting in touch with the realtor office to ensure everything was in place. At about 1pm the next day I had the full, incredibly detailed inspection report in my email inbox. It had pictures for everything, notes on what they saw, and recommendations on next steps if anything possibly needed getting addressed. Nate and his partner were so thorough. I was contesting the charge for a box that was not labeled for had a permit pulled from ACE Electric. Rewired came out - looked at the box and determined it was illegal and. And produced a bid of over $5000 - to over $6000. No where in the est did they say the words that my box was illegal. By omitting the words "illegal" I had no way to recover the cost I already paid. The omission was intentional and guaranteed that Rewired would not be considered. He could of just said when he was here "not interested. Winnegabo County refused to check any box when a permit was not pulled - this leaves me in a precarious position.

Water damage in two room ceilings that with a flashlight he should have seen. Dry rot on the outside by a gutter that was obvious. Honestly I've just started looking and I can't believe all the things he missed, during his "quality home inspection". He blamed on not looking on the outside because there must have been less than an inch of snow the day before and apparently that you can't inspect the house with that much snow.
