The small chunks of steak was pretty tender. The dressing was tasty and properly seasoned. My only minor wish? The salad lettuce was made up of large, whole leaves and that made it hard to eat, especially on a plate and not in a large bowl. The Flammekuchen looked great and everyone loved theirs.
