The wait staff were polite and as attentive as they could be on an extremely busy night. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare. The filet came in different portion sizes and I ordered the smallest (250gm) however, they mistakenly gave me the large portion (350gm). The server admitted the mistake when I was given my meal. My steak was also not cooked well...kind of well done on the outside and raw in the middle. The server saw me cut it open and it was like he already knew and offered to take it back. So, my experience in a nutshell... 1. I was given the incorrect steak size AND charged for their mistake (46,20€ vs 33,00€ for the smaller one). 2. The steak was not cooked properly and they knew it before even serving it to me. 3. They could have given me the correct steak size when they took back the improperly cooked one but instead brought another large one. Bringing me the correct size the second time would have saved me 13,20€ especially since I couldn't finish it.

Me and my family were blown away. Food got delivered in a thermo box and was super hot. The burgers were fantastic with a beautiful red center. The pulled pork was super tasty with a nice smoky flavor and last but not least both the skinny and sweet potato fries still were crispy. An amazing experience - can't wait to order again.

There is a part of me that has an issue going to a restaurant and having to cook your own steak ;-) mind you I happily do that at a Korean BBQ or Japanese restaurant :-) My company had organized an evening here for customers, so I went along. It is located on a quiet street and is an open plan restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming and, for service they get 5 stars. They explained everything to the guests and got us on our way with drinks quickly. The concepts here is, you get mixed starters and you choose your cut of steak (no veggies here). I just went for the biggest one, the flank steak lol. I believe this is also the normal way in which the restaurant operates. Our starter was beef carpaccio, smoked fish and goats cheese with bread. It was very good. My steak was excellent and tender and, I cooked it rare. Tender and delicious, I wanted another one ;-)) the primitivo wine I had was also superb. I would happily come back here again. I can't tell you value for money, as we did not have to pay ;-)) good steak, nice ambience and excellent service. If you like steak chances are you might enjoy the experience of grilling it yourself and not have to clean up ;-))

I love pulled pork and I was expecting a nice juicy tender pulled pork but unfortunately, this one was chunks of pork and, not juicy at all. The taste was quite ok and, after I threw in a lot of sauce it tasted better. The Chilli cheese fries were really nice and I quite liked them. For dessert I ordered the brownie which was quite nice but the cheesecake was anything but a cheesecake. Overall a nice place and I will come back and try the normal burgers before making up my mind about this place. The people sitting next to us had ordered ribs and the portion was huge however looked dry. Having had such amazing burgers in so many cities I have lived or travelled to, I am fussy about burgers and, I am afraid this place has not quite met the mark for me. It's a little pricey considering that you have to order fries separately and, not included with the price of the burgers. On average expect to spend between €10-15 for a burger and fries. They do have a selection of vegetarian burgers as well.
