The package had already been opened, and the jacket didn't have any tags on it, making it look used, refurbished, or possibly fake. To make matters worse, the size didn't fit, but trying to return it turned into a complete nightmare. Their official email addresses are disabled and bounce back with system errors, and nobody ever answers their phone numbers--it just goes straight to voicemail. Downcity Outfitters simply takes your money, sends suspicious goods, and ghosts you so you can't get a refund or return the item. Save your $150 and stay far away from this place!
