The staff is outrageously friendly and helpful. They will actively start a conversation upon entering. The prices decent.

And when I was ready to check out I had to move around to get someone to notice me and ask me if I was checking out and when I did get check out the associate that assist me was short with me and was not really getting welcomed vibes and when she gave me my receipt I was expecting like a typical shopping bag but I guess they do not do that or at least told me they do not. And when she was done she just kind of walked off . Overall experience was not terrible but it wasn't the best customer service interaction and I feel like as a business that serves with intent to make people feel welcome and appreciate it to find nostalgic pieces or even fashion in general should feel equally welcome and it just felt divided there . And I actually only stopped by because I was near the area and I was recommended by this by vintage store nearby. The only good thing that I can say is that the clothes options were really good and the price throughout the store was good and the way there organized the store was nice where you had a variety to pick from and I was able to find a lounge beach top with a black top and cargo pants skirt a perfect outfit for the beach or lunch date and more. Again, I wouldn't recommend going to this establishment other than buying clothes, but I hope in the future that they work on their customer service skills and treats people equally

I've been a fan of Buckle for several years. A gal pal got me addicted to Lucky jeans and since…read morethen I have always bought jeans at Buckle. The staff make commission so they do tend to lean towards the overbearing side by bringing you a bunch of items and trying to get you to buy all kinds of things that you probably don't need, like, or want but they will cater to your needs and bring you whatever you want or ask for while you are in the store which can be nice if you know how to handle it... Since they no longer apparently carry the Lucky jeans I now wear their BKE but I am a picky jeans gal and am particular about the style of the back pockets. They have a beachy, shabby chic, grunge-type style if you ask me... torn and rhinestone jeans with faded T's and lots of Hurley stuff... I typically only buy jeans here - I do love them - but the shirts are not my style. My husband bought jeans, shirts, t-shirts, hats, flip flops, etc. I enjoy shopping here but, as I mentioned above, make sure you are firm about what you do and don't want or like when you first start working with one of the employees inside, otherwise they will waste your time showing you a bunch of things you probably won't even like or want to wear...

Box Lunch - I saw this Beyoncé "a Little Golden Book" and I HAD to have it!

What a cool store!!…read more Box Lunch is located inside Lynnhaven Mall, beside Forever 21 and across from Sephora and Apple. T-shirts, wallets, keychains, stuffed animals, enamel and button pins, toys, funko Pop products, keychains, random "cool" snacks and small mystery toy boxes, great spot for gifts! They have sections of products with Disney characters, anime, a section of "The OFFICE" products (hey Dunder Mifflin folks,) Friends, Stranger Things, and many others! I only wish they had a Peanuts and Sanrio (Hello Kitty) section as well. Prices - average what you'd pay at other mall stores for licensed character products. They had a special going the day I went - "All items that cost under $10 are buy two, get one free." I did grab a Hi-Chew (Asian starburst type candy,) but said no thanks when I found out it was $4.99. I did end up getting some buttons for my bookbag. Three for $5 with the special. Service was good too! My best summarized description: a less dark Hot Topic, and a non-raunchy, "clean" version of Spencer's, combined with FYE and the Disney Store. Best thing about Box Lunch? Check out this info from their website - "With every $10 spent on our pop culture-themed product offering of apparel, accessories, home goods, gift and novelty, and collectibles, BoxLunch will help provide a meal secured by Feeding America® on behalf of local member food banks." Awesome!!! Review #2 of 2019

It's…read morebasically a Hot Topic for an older crowd who's more into the pop and gaming culture, which I love! Most of what I saw on their online store that I was interested in was also in their store, score! You can find all sorts of stuff from clothing, mugs, blankets, bags and backpacks, little knick knacks, etc. This is a great place to find someone a unique gift or something that reaches their childhood soul. In any case, it's just fun to walk around in and everything I've purchased from this store has been quality. Also, with every $10 you spend you give back to the community in the form of a meal!
