He knows his stuff in and out and takes the pressure off with his friendly but confident demeanor. I actually enjoyed the tax process this year, and came out owing quite a bit less than TurboTax said. He also found some extra savings from our previous year's taxes, which outpaced sevenfold his fee for amending a tax return. And in early March, his turnaround was about 2 days from the time we gave him the last piece of information he needed. I will be back in 2017.
