So now I owe $19,000.00 on top of the $3,900.00. I was in a panic and sent emails, phone calls and messages. They refused to answer my calls, and emails. So I had to call the hair salon next door to find out that they were actually in the office. So I notified the airhead and the owner that I contacted the business next door and they said they can't stand them next door. A lot of clients call the hair salon because they are irresponsible and lazy. They had the nerve to tell me that I have issues because I left so many messages in a weeks time. Not everyone has an extra $20k sitting around. They negligected to file any extensions for personal or business. I owe an extra $3,000.00 because they didn't file an extension for being late. They told me they will not fix my returns and to go somewhere else because I busted them out calling next door. I wouldn't trust these people ever again. I have begged them that I don't have the money and I need my return amended. They will not answer my messages. Run away from these people! You have an imcometant idiot that screens calls and emails. No one is a priority but themselves. They were reported to the IRS. The IRS admitted they were definitely negligent. I'm so stressed out, I don't know where else to turn. I also asked for a refund because they didn't complete my tax returns the correct way. I was told no refund! Best of luck dealing with these incompetent idiots!
