I also requested a square vase as in the photo I was looking at and she assured me she had those. The delivery arrived today and is NOTHING like we discussed. Round vase, no hydrangeas, no fern leaves. It looks like they picked weeds from the roadside and threw them in water. It is NOT what we talked about. I've left a voice mail but didn't find out about the reality of the order until the shop was already closed. The website leaves no place to review or message them unless you sign up and order something online from them and I was unable to find them on a FB page. Won't use them again.

As you can see from the photos - what was ordered and what was delivered are very very different. They also could not find the order that I placed yesterday and had no idea that it was delivered today. Will not order from them again.
