It is an attractive restaurant with a cute twist - they have three robots to assist staff with food delivery and plate pickup. We started with the appetizer of the JP Mixed Platter (bbq ribs, chicken satay, spring rolls, sesame prawn toast), followed by the Seafood Trio, Fried Rice and a duck served with cucumbers and hoisin sauce. While I thought we ordered too much food, I was surprised that we were able to eat all we ordered. All of the food ordered was quite good. It was also a welcome change from what we'd been getting. In all honesty, it does pay to be polite and I am not even going to go into of how in business school we do have a saying that goes 'the customer is always right.' Now now, just saying is all. Lets just stop, back it up and just think about that one for a second, because hey, I just may have a point there u know; 'the customer is always right.' Now just think about that for a second and while you do, remember firstly; that high-paying customers are not ever for treating like shit, not so much as ever. And last but most certainly not least, second; they may just be absolutely, even most frightfully and precisely right from a certain and most professional point of view, about saying all that they say within saying. --Dearest Reader, I…read morepen this letter from the wilds of Ireland, where I happened upon a Chinese restaurant of such bounty it near made me weep with gratitude. Their menu offers no mere meal, but a grand feast fit for any soldier longing for the comforts of home. The starters set the tone--grilled aromatic duck and prawns sung with such flavour I thought myself back at camp, warm by the fire. Their soups, hot and sour or won ton, stirred both stomach and spirit alike. From there, the mains marched forth in splendid array: chicken in Thai red curry and Szechuan sauce led the charge, bold and hearty. The beef--100% Irish, mind you--especially the amber fire variety, was stout and full of character. As for the prawns, whether steamed with garlic and soy or tossed Kung Po-style, they near stole the whole campaign. Their kitchen caters to all manner of appetite, and those with delicate constitutions need only alert the staff to be well cared for. If fate finds you in these green hills, seek shelter in their welcoming halls. You'll find warmth, flavour, and perhaps a taste of home. Until Next Time, --Mitchell
