My main reason for dissatisfaction is they would promise things and not deliver. They also put work back on me, the customer, which they should have been able to do. First, they promised to place SEO rich text on my website. They wrote it and I edited it. Then they said they could not place it on my website diue to access. They asked me to have the CRM turn off two factor authentification because the way the work is not one single individual would need access. This was a no go. Finally after days of back and forth and me threatening them, they said they had access. However at this point I had given up and asked them to send me the text and I placed it on the website myself (even though I am paying them $60/hour to do this). Fast forward a couple months- again, they promise to fix an issue with website address duplication and to provide me other SEO rich text. 30 days later, this was still not done at our monthly telephone discussion. The website duplicaion was not fixed and they said the SEO text was a task for next month. This was when I caneled any further work which I had planned to do anyway since we had been at this for 6 months. They offered to put the website address fix money toward anoher tsk. However, when I asked them SPECIFICALLY what that task would be, I got NO ANSWER. This tells the story. Finally another major problem is there is NO consistancy in who you talk with. One month it is person A, next month person B, next month person C, next month person B again. I find their practices un-professional and they do not instill confidence in the customer. If I had it to do over again, I thnk I owuld look elsewhere knowing what I know now.

They said for 12 months I would be paying $1000 but my website would be ready after 6 weeks. My website still wasn't done after 6 months. After 6 weeks, I started building my pages on Chatgpt and sending it to them and they did put up some of them but changes were not done when asked. They kept sending the "marketing manager" to call when I threatened them. It did not give traffic to my website. This company is a scam. After paying them for 6months, I paid another company thousands of dollars to build out a new website for me. I told them that I no longer wanted to do business with them and their response was that I was being irrational. It was another 3 months before they realized that we were no longer using their platform and my credit card wasn't working for them. They have written and threatened me many times saying that they were going to call all of my vendors and tell them not to do business with me. I laughed at them, what a joke! My other vendors deliver what's promised and get paid. I asked for a copy of the ratified contract because I never received a copy and they ignored that request. I just received notice of a claim on my credit report for a different amount from what they said I owed them (for the 3 months that they did NOOOOOOO work and didn't notice that we weren't working with them anymore even though I told them). This company is a scam. AI will tell you that the only good reviews come from their own website but not 3rd party review sites. Do not trust this company.

This comes from our $3600 price point, which offers you 12 months of support, divided by 12 months equaling $300 per month. $300 times the 2 months is $600, hence a $400 refund. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.
