After waiting forever, I calmly explained everything, but the agent completely denied any technical fault on their side. No help, no solutions, not even a refund or compensation. When I asked about changing the name on the second ticket, the agent didn't know how much it costs and simply told me to call another number which was unreachable. This company takes your money and leaves you to deal with their mistakes. Horrible service, zero responsibility, and totally unreliable. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
