We remodeled our gas fireplace and were looking for a very different style. We weren't really sure what type of mantle we wanted, only that we wanted something to make a statement in our living room. We were referred to Ivet and Alex at Architectural Stone Elements. From my very first contact with them, I found them to be friendly and super responsive. We visited their showroom to get some ideas and narrow down what we wanted. Ivet also did some great research to share some ideas with us. They did the first rendering and we had a few questions, so we called to ask for help. Alex came over to the house to talk it through and help us decide. We had questions about the size/proportion of the mantle (how far out from the wall, how wide for the legs, how much detail in the design, what height the mantle should be...) Alex was a true pro and his experience showed. He shared great advice while leaving the decisions to us. We revised the rendering only one time after that and placed our order. This was the summer of 2022, so still some supply chain issues going on. They were able to get our mantle ordered and delivered in about 4 weeks and quickly scheduled the install. All their workers were on time, polite, friendly, considerate, and excellent craftsmen. We are thrilled with the job they did!
