I visited Cinsei's new permanent location in OTR about two weeks ago for their Grand Opening. So many people showed up, but the line moved decently fast and we weren't kept waiting long. Cinsei is a Black-owned manga and matcha shop, and the couple who runs it is super kind! The ambiance of the shop is very cute, with both indoor and some outdoor seating. There is a wide selection of manga and some merch available for sale. I ordered an iced hojicha with oat milk and brown sugar and it was delicious!
