This was my oldest brother's place to go to. It was his favorite place. He brought my parents when he came to visit them. He also brought his coworkers after a long day out on the field or just for meetings. Hill Street Cafe is similar to diners that you are most likely familiar with. It does cater to the older folks but has something for everyone. My bro's go to was their Chinese chicken salad. The salad is huge and very tasty. At one point I would come just to get the salad as well. I've tried a good amount of items on their menu through the many years of coming. Everything is delicious (except breakfast burrito) but my main gravitation is their BLT (add avocado). I guess one simple thing about Hill Street is they have tatter tots. Its simple and for me its almost an automatic win. The service is great, the staff is friendly and I've brought my friends over to introduce them to having a meal with me at Hill Street. I do talk about my bro in memory of him and my father who loved coming here. If you have gotten this far, order the Chili Size. It is not on the menu no more but they will make it for you. Make sure they understood you as well. Last time they made me Chili Fries instead.
