From the buying experience with Kael, giving me the pros and cons of various safes and options, he painted the picture for me to visualize what I can get from purchasing through Northwest Safe besides the safe itself. On delivery day, Gary and AJ were prompt, polite and thoughtful. While the doorways were tight, they really demonstrated their years of technique and experience to get this safe to its final home. While Gary was showing me the features and benefits of my safe, AJ was already cleaning up their tools, hanging our front door back up and moving our entry way bench into place as if they were never even there.
