Sat at the bar with a colleague. Service was attentive and they were extremely accommodating by letting us sample several bourbons before making a selection. They have a chain saw displayed behind the bar. Bartender said it was to cut their own ice from a large block. How cool would it be if they used these during dinner to cut off some chunks? The food was good and the steaks temperature was spot on. A little pricey, bet everything seems to be going that way in Bozeman lately. They have a good selection of scotch and bourbons.
