Utter disappointment. You spend over $100 on a single steak and it should be tender, properly cooked, and properly seasoned. This steak was none of the above. Watch the video I posted to get an idea of what I'm talking about. Terrible. Was supposed to be a 29 day dry aged ribeye, but it was clearly a strip steak and it was terrible. What's worse, the servers also had no idea if they were serving the correct cuts... Also, the French onion soup was not worth it.
