We came in for some coffee and something to eat. It was great to see that they had Starbucks coffee available. They had a great variety of things to eat as well. They had bars, salads, sandwiches, yogurts, danishes, muffins, bagels, fruits, and other small goodies. I had ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a strawberry acai drink. I waited for my bagel after my drink was done and suddenly a burnt toast smell was in the air. I was near the counter waiting for my bagel and the employee called out, "bagel with cream cheese." She proceeds to tell me that, "it's a little over toasted, let me know if you're okay with that or want a new one." I proceeded to look into the bag and saw that the top was very burnt and was very dark. I told her that I wanted a new one and she was kind enough to toast me a new bagel. The other thing that I didn't like was that there was not enough ice in my drink and it was watery that I could not finish it. It was very busy and their was a long line of customers which may have contributed to the orders as there were only 3 employees working behind the counter. read more
