The service was eh. Not the friendliest crew behind the counter but the guy was honest with me when I asked if the Cacio Pepe pizza was good. He said no. Lol. So I didn't get it and I greatly appreciated the honesty.
I got a slice of pepperoni and one of the square slices. On the pepperoni slice, the crust was a bit charred and a little too crispy. I think because of the reheat. Not very cheesy but the pepperoni was the small kind and good. The square slice was very crusty too. Both slices I got tasted like the dough was sourdough. Loved that!! It taste good and easy to digest.
They don't have ranch sauce and you won't see pineapple on the pizzas. Boring and dumb but it's ok because they have hot chili oil out with the other condiments.
Ambiance inside could have used frequent cleaning. It's a very new spot and already looking dirty.
Quick tip here, eat slow and the roof of your mouth will appreciated it. read more
