This should be a negative review, but it's not because the system works.
I bought something on Ebay. Yesterday the USPS reported it delivered to my house. I looked, no package! Was it stolen? Or was it mis-delivered to the wrong house? Well, it was insured and it had tracking. So I decided to escalate the case to "lost mail delivery." As soon as I hit the ENTER key, I got an email saying the USPS has forwarded my claim to the proper office. By 9:00am I received an email from the Main Post Office in Alameda, that by case would be investigated ASAP. By 4pm, I got a phonecall from a person at the Alameda Post Office telling me my package was found. The carrier delivered it to the wrong house. He recovered it, and delivered it to my house.
