I attempted to send snacks to a friend in The Netherlands today. I didn't get her name but the African American lady working the retail counter was incredibly kind and patient with us. She showed us grace and patience with a sense of humor as we were fumbling around with boxes and bags of cookies. We ended sending only 1/3 packages due to the high shipping costs but we left with a funny story to tell and enough chips throw a party.
