Been on the phone an hour awaiting customer service representative and still Noone jist trying to pay my bill because the online way is not working as well! What a huge waste of time! Not only that I'm in a one bedroom apartment and the internet can barely connect to the next room with a very bad lagin the next roin away from the router. For gaming horrible! Barely works for Netflix so so so very disappointed i really should of considered anything other than this horrible nightmare of a company!
