Clean and trustworthy. I am taking off 2 stars because, if like many people, you require numbing cream before Botox, they do it in the reception area! In front of other clients. So unprofessional. I understand about freeing up room, but note that after moving here from another city, I have never ever seen numbing cream applied in a public space (and then you sit there amongst all the other clients). If other practices can figure this out, so can Elan. I've been going for just under 4 years. But I won't return because of this. It's pretty tone deaf and kind of gross. Edited to say, I only asked for numbing cream my last 3 visits, so I didn't know it was a public experience. First time, I was taken aback and thought it was a one off. Now 2 more times, it's how they do it. No other med spa does this in my experience. read more

I got the sculpture facial. Just under an hour and $300. Parking is mediocre, as is expected in the area, so give yourself a few extra minute before your appointment. I was welcomed and offered to sit. I found a little odd, with the price tag of the facials here, that no beverage was offered. Personal touch, in my own opinion. I've had a sculpture facial before and I have all ways enjoyed the personal touches that they add to really enhance your skin issues/desires, etc. At check out, I was shown a serum with simply saying "it would be beneficial for your skin" and not an explanation of why. While a good facial, for the price, I think amazing. I don't mind paying a higher price tag for an amazing service. This fell a bit short. It might be worth a visit for another facial or service. read more

I came to Elan Aesthetics for a BR consultation and I purchased a few of their recommended products. The recommended protects are too harsh and despite me sharing that my skin was dry, I was recommended/sold products that are even more drying to my skin. I'm now out $200+ on products (they have a sign that says you can't return BR products) that I can't use. I should have gone directly to BR for their free consultation. BR allows you to return products that are too harsh. Here's how there consultation goes: You lay on the table as if you are getting a facial. You're asked what you're concerned about. Then you are recommended products. No one actually looks at your face to examine your skin. It's such a waste of time. I don't understand the positive reviews as my experience was the complete opposite. I will not be going back to this spa and I've told others to run away from it. read more

I had such an awful experience. I was very disappointed with my appointment and how they operate. Beware of being taken advantage of and not truly wanting the best results for you. As a new client, I was not consulted with, I was not advised on how much they were injecting, and on top of spending 2x as much on what it normally costs me, I received a lazy eye from the location of the injections. Ineffective numbing cream. Ice packs are cute, but useless since they aren't cold. This business overcharged me. After confirming the special "sale" price, I later find out, after I am home (2 hours away) that I was charged the full price on my card that I had on file with them. My experience at Elan was fantastic! This was my first time getting Botox and the Restylane Kysse done. Both Lindsey (who did my botox) and Katrina (who did my lips) were amazing. They explained everything that was happening during the procedures and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout each one.
