I've been getting botox since I was 28 and this was the second worst experience I've had. I showed the injector pictures of the worst botox I've had, so as not to repeat it. She didn't drop my brows as badly as the worst, but not far off. They're also uneven. So instead of the nice arch I like , I now have lower, flatter eyebrows which is the opposite of what I like. I will say the office is a beautifully restored home and the ladies that work there are nice. I just thank God I didn't do anything other than Botox! At least that will wear off in time. read more

I was recommended this place by an aunt of mine that goes to this location for her Botox. I absolutely loved where it was located. From when I walked inside to when I left service was incredible. I was offered a glass of champagne when I walked in. Check-in was fairly easy. I did not have a lot of paperwork to fill out which was nice. After speaking with the doctor that helped me I felt extremely comfortable getting a procedure done here. I think the nurses all take the same class, and can't do anything other than the standard placement shown by the Botox Poster. My brows drop easily. I showed Sasha what I didn't want. I explained the issues I've had, all with nurses in Florida. Every MD has done a great job and my LA nurses were great. After Sasha, I have flat, lower eyebrows with almost no arch. I like the Botox brow lift and I got it at Watt plastic, so I'm going back there when this wears off. read more

I received lip filler at Lecada and the results were severely botched. I experienced lumps and visible deformity. Despite undergoing six dissolving sessions with their provider and two additional corrective sessions with outside professionals Lecada refuses to provide a refund or take accountability. It's now been a 1 year and 8 months and the bumps are still there. When I politely requested my money back I was told that some people's body responds this way and that if I had continued letting them "treat" me and didn't leave a negative review they might have considered a refund. This is incredibly unethical. After sharing my experience on TikTok and asking if any other people have had this experience my video received over 100 comments from women in the Tampa area reporting similar traumatic experiences with this practice. Many of them shared stories of poor results, refusal of refunds, and dismissive treatment. Lecada used Juvederm Ultra Plus a product not typically recommended for lips and failed to acknowledge their role in the outcome. The way this business handles complications, concerns, and client safety is alarming. This practice needs to be investigated immediately for the safety of the community. This place is set inside a beautiful house and is decorated very nicely but there is a much bigger issue here that urgently needs to be addressed don't be fooled by the aesthetics. read more

I came here based on two separate close friend referrals who had awesome experiences. I wasn't sure if I wanted lip fillers or a lip flip based on the results I was looking for, so I scheduled a consultation. I went with a lip flip and I absolutely loved the results. For being such a clean and safe practice and aesthetic spa they have extremely reasonable prices. They also offer a rewards app , Alli, which is so easy to use and has great rewards. Fabulous! I absolutely love the new location. The building itself is worth a visit! It's beautiful with more space and so close to downtown it's a no-brainer to pop in for services. I went in for an overhaul and am thrilled with my results. I'm still a little swollen, but I am stunned that I came out with only a tiny bruise on my upper lip. I'm not kidding. They did my neck, chin, lips, cheeks, and forehead. Just one tiny bruise. Unbelievable. I'm super afraid of needles, and the services I received were so gentle. They offer so many things like Botox, fillers, facials, weight loss routines and everything in between :) I come here pretty frequently and the customer service is another level. They always offer high something to drink while you wait. The lounge area in their new location is beautiful! They are now at an old mansion and it's beautiful inside. They decorated it so well. After many attempts to contact Lecada about having no results with their PDO threads, I contacted the BBB. Lecada lied and told the BBB that I was harassing them at all hours. They have never returned my calls and now they delete any comment on their website and now I am blocked. I lost $3,400 and I just wanted them to make it right. Now that I am going thru reviews, I am not the only person by far that they have done this to. I've always had problems with dark circles and bags under my eyes. As I turned 50, it really got bad. My wife had very pronounced laugh lines (we laugh a lot ) and crease between her eyes so we figured it was time for a bit of Botox and fillers. We did our research and went to places from dermatologist to plastic surgeons and found this place. Honestly we were a bit leery but the reviews were good, they were licensed and certified, and prices better than most, so we figured we'd give it a shot. The place is very clean, and staff very polite and nice, offering drinks while we waited. Definitely very upscale look, which was a contrast to the outside. Never judge a book by its cover. I got Botox on my forehead and some type of filler under my eyes which they said would help. That was the understatement of the year. After about 2 weeks, the dark circles, bags, and crease bags had created under my eyes were GONE! I expected some improvement, but nothing this drastic. Amazing! Forehead wrinkles, also gone. (See photos). My wife's laugh lines significantly diminished (perfect amount. Didn't want them all gone. See photos), her crease in between her eyes and wrinkles on forehead, gone. WOW. She also got filler in her cheeks to make her cheek bones pop. We were a bit worried the first 2 days. Looked crazy. But after 2 days it settled and looks absolutely stunning! The pic of both of us was taken 5 days after. After 2 weeks, it looks even better. Also, it wasn't as painful as many makes it out to be. Maybe it was the way they did it and others are worse. Not sure as this was our first time. All this to say, couldn't be more please and will definitely be back. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome experience. Couldn't recommend it more. read more

I have been going to Lecada for fillers for about 2 years now. I have only received Botox from them once and I will never go back again. To start, I was seated in one of the treatment rooms waiting for the injector when a woman came in sale pitching the facials she offers. I kindly told her I was not interested, we started to discuss my Botox treatment- this is where it really takes a turn.. We started speaking about how many units I need, I informed her I was comfortable with 35-40 units (which I have been getting for years for the look I want.) The woman did not agree with me whatsoever and kept pushing more units of Botox on me, told me "can't you just increase the units even a little bit?" How unprofessional! Another employee comes in trying to sell me on other facials for about 20-25 minutes AS I AM STILL WAITING for the injector. My appointment ran almost an hour and a half for Botox. Which is unheard of. The injector didn't place to Botox in the correct areas so I had movement weeks afterwards. An employee reached out to me regarding me coming in for a special and when j told her how unhappy I was with my last visit they told me they were going to give me a call and never did! Of course they can write a card to mail me with a gift with purchase though. This place is not what it used to be, they are only about making money. Horrible company! I came in under the impression that having a doctor perform Botox and lip filler would be above that of an NP, boy was I wrong! The staff and area is pretty and seemed professional...that is until you have an issue. I was left with large lumps in my lips (after massaging as advised). Not only that but the staff did not listen at all to how I wanted Botox and they made my eyebrows so heavy that my eyelids drooped giving an aged look.
