This practice is the worst place I've ever gone I have never experienced anything so bad in my life they ruined my face and I am a model. I went to see Mari PA there to get new lip filler put in after having migration from a previous lip fill. I had no filler in my lips as I had it all taken out and I was excited for my new lips to be done. Take a look at these pictures. Bubbles all over my lips that are filler injected too close to the surface. Everyone asked me if I have herpes and lipstick won't cover it and they won't do anything for me. I will never go back. I had an allergic reaction to fillers placed at a terrible office, called Goldfingers aesthetics Norhtdale, I was seen by Robert Franceskino, PA. He placed the wrong fillers in the wrong areas and also cross contamination happened, and I acquired nasty bacterial infection. Which the office did nothing to help me, and continue to cover it up, to top it off. He prescribed wrong medication's and heavy doses. And they have refuse to refund me. This PA is obviously incompetent, and was just after my money! I cannot speak highly enough of Skin NV in South Tampa from the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered water or a beverage. Carly, got me in the same day, removed all my fillers with two sessions. She was very knowledgeable, had a wonderful bedside manner conscientious, and actually cared. I'm never anything but 100% happy with the service, care , ambiance snd results from SkinNV. I came here as my "injector" who is a nurse came over from another clinic in Westchase. When she moved over to SkinNV I felt like Skin NV had really upped the game. The ladies at the front desk are ALL amazing. Haley (with the blonde hair) is always so pleasant and accommodating for for my various schedule needs which at times are not easy as I fly in from Los Angeles, sometimes at the last minute. Yes, I come to my injector in Tampa Bay out of all my options available in the "great" Los Angeles! She and they ARE that good and pleasant! The ladies who work there are ALL like your friends. You feel welcome, comfortable and anything is offered to make you comfortable from tea, wine, champagne, a snack, charge chord, a lip polish, aromatherapy, a warm towel etc. Really, whatever one may want they will do their best to accommodate. Mary is my injector! She goes beyond to make you feel your best and look your best. She's beautiful to look at and she is not overdone like so many injectors end up doing on themselves , which is a good sign to me. She knows what looks natural and beautiful. With that said, Mary will listen to me or look at a photo I bring in that am generally going for ( as I get very thin and like a more youthful, semi fuller face than I naturally have as I've gotten older) . She pulls it off without making me look odd or as if I filled my face. She's magic ! I love her skills & her use of the canula and needle. She knows her stuff & is always learning and upping her game by going to seminars, lecture etc .I'm impressed with her yearning for knowledge and putting it all together to create her own modalities, and her own approach to each and every client as an individual. Need to re-name this place Sin- NV. Facial junkie here. The good reviews are for injections but do not come here for facials. I went to Skin NV bc it was rated the top spas in Tampa and it was a huge disappointment. If they are skimping on the facial, I'm not trusting them with a needle. If you've had a facial, whether a fluff facial or a good med spa facial, you expect about a 45 minute - one hour experience (unless you get an express 30 facial). I told the very kind aesthetician my skin concerns (fine lines and pigmentation) and she suggested their "top of the line" facial. She also warned me it would be $300. Okay. If it helps with skin discoloration and fine lines, i wanted to try it. I was really looking forward to this in-depth "tog dog" facial at this "highly rated" medical spa. All that was done for me for this "top of the line" $300 facial was wash my skin and 1 application of the chemical peel. Done in less than 30 minutes. There was no other skin prep, no facial massage, no extractions, ni lymphatic drainage, no multi-step process, n-o-t-h-i-n-g !!!! So they have the audacity to charge $$$ to remove your makeup and apply the peel. That's it. They could have simply handed me the peel kit in a drive-thru and I could have done the whole thing at home. Here's the thing- all medium to deep peels work for pigmentation and skin texture and paying Skin NV $300 for a 30 minute application is a SIN bc it was no better than any of the $150 -200 chemical peels I've done. read more

A nurse practitioner working with this facility (Denise Merdich) hit a vein in my forehead. Then when I complained that she hit a vein, and of how it looked - they had the audacity to show before and after pictures. Yes, while you are looking straight at the before picture and able to see the difference - they will literally gaslight a person to their face shamelessly and state it was in the before and that everything looks fine ... I do not recommend this place. I would suggest to anyone to go ahead and go to a more respectful and reputable facility that does care about doing a good job, as well as caring for the needs of the client. This happened long enough ago that you may assume it has healed by now, however, it has not fully healed and still looks inflamed and is uncomfortable. read more

The front desk staff was super nice and the inside is beautiful. Doctor Jill was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. This clinic is a big scamming business, just go somewhere reliable, they charge me $5,200 and I got nothing in return , they inject water and they charge thousands of dollars. two days after fillers injection (water) everything goes down. I went to get some skin tightening probably laser or red light, the got me into paying $5,200 for 6 face filler, 1 lip filler, and a chemical peel that didn't do anything Basically 7 filler and a peel in few week that didn't do anything to my face. Everything went down after two day from injection. I called them and saying that I paid so much money and my face sill the Sam and sent them pictures, they say oh you body eats the fillers fast, what kind of body do I have to eat 7 fillers in less than a week. I asked for a refund they replied saying oh we worked on your face we can't refund you, yes you did work on my face probably injecting water and keep the product I paid for for yourself, or you're using bad or expired stuff. They say all their fillers last for 12 months, and that not true. The funny part is the keep saying your face is fine you don't need to do anything, well I didn't pay you $5,200 to tell me my face is fine, I paid that for materials to be put in my face not yours. Oh on top of all that the ask for tip, this is a clinic office where you charge way too much to ask for a tip on top of that. Also, you can't get an appointment if you don't put done a $100 and they will keep that as long as you keep getting new appointments. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place for a facial. Very unprofessional; the aesthetician I had was so focused on her phone that she forgot I needed attention during my facial as well. Imagine having to remind your aesthetician to remove a towel because she was too absorbed in instagram I wish I was making this up. As someone who routinely visits luxury spas/clinics, including international ones, the only thing that brought me into this Branded clinic was a hydra facial. Big mistake. The facial was done so badly I had to get myself ANOTHER facial a few days later. Typically after a hydra facial, your face should feel renewed and hydrated for at least a few days. How would I know? I routinely get hydra facials.. My face was so dry that my aesthetician couldn't believe that I got a hydra facial 4 days prior. This was probably in part due to filling the hydra facial machine with water instead of the required product. This is a tactic branded clinics like Skin NV do to charge you close to $200, while using zero product. Maybe the cause was an untrained tech. Who knows. Since COVID has ravaged businesses and people's lives, I still tipped and I don't care for a refund. But I will definitely leave an honest review of a very poor experience. Background: I've been getting facials for years + I do not have problematic skin whatsoever. Again, do not recommend this place. There are far better local spas and clinics! read more

2 stars for the friendly staff and how beautiful the location inside is. Very clean and pretty. Now... Went in for laser hair removal. I've had laser hair removal done numerous times elsewhere but decided to come here. For starters, this spot is VERY overpriced. I'm talking $250 for your face, and I think the nurse who did it actually tried to give me a good price lol. She was great and friendly, but man. I've paid less than $85 for facial laser. Not to mention the machine was very bad. I still have a lot of hair patches all over my face, upper lip and forehead. It was totally not worth $250. As for my boyfriend, who also went in for laser hair removal in his neck area, I can't tell you if it's just his skin type or not but I think its worth people knowing. My experience, I didn't even feel the laser whatsoever, it was very gentle and smooth, I have no burns but again, I have a lot of hair left. My boyfriend left with no hair removed and some pretty bad scabby burns all around his neck. He's done laser for 10 years and that's never happened to him. I don't blame the workers, the nurse was super friendly like I said, but their machine really sucks. Maybe their facial stuff is better, like their other services but I don't recommend the laser removal here. read more
