The job they do is great and when they give you the day to pick up your clothes it is available that day. WORST CLEANERS! DO NOT USE! BEWARE! I had 2 pair if 501 Jeans that were both 30 in Length and when i picked them up they had shrank to 25 length. The first time was June 8,2021 in which an employee stated since i took the tag off that i couldnt prove that the services where from there business so i didnt make a fuss and i even gave them my phone in case the owner would contact me but nothing was done. The 2nd time Dec 14,2021same thing happened. Pants shrank from 30 length to 25 length. This time i save the pick-up tag and wrote my name on the pants, asked for the manager & or owner. They employee gave a complain form in which i did file with them. On Dec 18,2021 someone contacted me via email in which someone named Daniel Nourian FAT shames me stating "Jeans do fade but never shrink. You have gained weight" and they wouldnt make payment on my $70 claims for both NEW Jeans and not torn nor damaged as he states in the email. I filed a claim with the BBB & The Board of Fabric Care (213) 620-4130. I have done business with many dry cleaners over 10+ years and never have i had issues with jeans shrinking. Quality is solid - though I am lowering the rating from 5 to 4 stars because a collar on one of the shirts I brought in was not cleaned super duper well (however this could be because I did not bring in the shirt for approximately a month after I wore it). To date, I have not been disappointed with this place and it is only $1.50 to dry clean a shirt - where else will you find this price in LA? I have not had any issues with customer service. WORST cleaners. Owner is rude and slimy. Posters and cards everywhere say $1.50 most items, then charges me 1.75 for basic male button down shirts. Apparently "most items" is only Tshirts and polos. Not a huge difference, but slimy business practices. Then he belittled me for not bringing back my ticket, even though all clothes are entered via last name as well. Very RUDE. Well.. Where do I start..? I use this cleaners because they are close by, inexpensive, and have not had any issues with my clothes damaged and clothes are usually done by next day. They get 2 stars for their service, and to shoot straight- the owner (im assuming his the owner/middle aged asian man) is a dick. The last thing I need after a long day at work while doing the mundane task of dropping my laundry off is to deal with an a-hole while trying to drop off my clothes. This man never says hello, how is it going, nothing! Just drop your clothes on a counter, counts them, give you a total and thats it. The last time I picked up my laundry I tested him and planned beforehand I would not say a word and see if he says anything. Sure enough I hand over my ticket, he does not even look at me, puts my clothes on a rack and thats it! Did not thank me for my business, say have a good day, nothing. I am surprised this guy is such a prick when there are probably 10 other laundry places within 10 mins. I will be switching as soon as I find one that is priced competitively. This cleaners is by far the WORST!!!!!! place to bring your clothes to. I have been going for about a year and some months, when they lost a pair of my pants (Suit). When I called, they did call me back and the Owner or Partner was a rude as any person I have ever talked to. His cousin called me back, excuse me, text me back and it seemed as if the problem would be resolved, NOT!!. After talking with Daniel, then he put the case on his cousin and he was the original person I had a problem with. Now im getting the run around. So instead of wasting my time on the phone I will let the court do my talking for me. Also If you ever have a problem with them because you did not listen to this warning. Take pictures of your missing items and hold on to your original receipt, because they will try and take it back when they realize they F#$@ed up. I wish I could give this place less than one star. I have been coming to this cleaners for years. I normally dont have any issues but this last time I went I recommened my boyfriend. We brought in 3 shirts and 3 pairs of jeans. When we picked the clothes up the jeans were faded and they had shrunk. They put them in a regular washer and dryer rather than dry cleaning them. We filled out a claim form and now they are giving us the run around and being very unprofessional. Management just wont admit there employee simply made a mistake. It is unfortunate that I must write a bad review. We have been coming to this cleaners for a while. I dropped off several articles of clothing and two had stains. I asked prior to dropping off about the stains and made sure to mention the purpose for getting these cleaned is to get the stain out. I Came back to pick them up stain's were still there. No apology, no let me try it again, no sympathy at all. I was extremely disappointed especially because I felt the employee was being defensive. I then contacted a manager who text me and didn't even speak with me. The messages were beyond rude! I would have been a lot more understanding had they at provided proper customer service. The pricing here is deceiving. I shopped for weeks to find a good and cheap place to clean and press my men's dress shirts in the South Bay. This place advertises $1.50 per shirt, but that's without any starch. It's an extra $1 per shirt to add starch! Most competitors charge $2 with starch, making this place more expensive! They told me their press without starch is as good as light starch. I have 4 shirts in my closet that I need to iron myself that are proof that this is not accurate. If you know of a good and cheap place for men's shirts in the north Redondo area, please let me know. 2 stars on this place since they did have my shirts. This place is really good for the amount of money you pay. Shirts are $1.5 and pants are $1.75. They are pretty fast at getting your clothes done and an an inexpensive alternative to the price gauging cleaners all around the area. I always make sure I get there between 8-8:30 in the morning because I can usually get my clothes back that same day or the very next morning. Definitely would recommend if you want you clothes professionally cleaned but can't afford $3 a shirt and or pants! read more

Glad it is so close to our house! Cheapest place we found in south bay. HORRIBLE cleaners is an understatement.. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been on Yelp since 2011 and I only review of places that are l great or absolutely the worst. In this particular case, they are the latter, which is the worst dry cleaners I've gone to in 33 years of my life. They lost my suit pants (slacks) which cost over $320 with tailoring and assume no responsibility. I ask to speak to the manager and they text me that they won't have a conversation with me, instead they brush me off through TEXT message and tell me I probably lost it or forgotten it. I explain to them, I counted all the hangers out of the 15 articles of clothing which matched my receipt. The issue was they used two hangers on a jacket, and instead of working out a solution or even being willing to have a conversation with a loyal customer, they tell me, in essence to "go to hell" and you are not worth our time and take zero responsibility. I'm now out over $300 for the slacks and I can't wear the $600 suit because I don't have slacks to match the jacket and will never return. I suggest you stay very very far away from this sham of an establishment that partakes in shady business practices!! read more

MOST DISRESPECTFUL "MANAGER" ever very unprofessional and should be fired! I called Daniel because I had my father in law take my $160 dollar jersey to dry clean there since he had recently took 4 of his own jerseys there and it's relatively close to pick up. Come to find out they lost my jersey my father in law file the claims form incorrectly so I called to straighten it out since it is my jersey. Daniel then began being very defensive and disrespectful he told me don't call back for 3 weeks I asked him if he needed me to come in and speak to him in person since he was screaming at me over the phone and the conversation was going no where I told him I could get a police escort not that I'm afraid of him but for the simple fact that I'm not stupid and I want my jersey back he said they won't do shit call em file a small claims court case..that if they find it they find it if not they will see what they wanted to do since it is a item over a hundred dollars and we didn't purchase insurance for it he said they weren't liable for it. However insurance was never offered to my father in law so how the hell would any one know if we have to buy insurance if your employees don't offer it to you. This establishment has cameras I find it absurd that you simply can't check the cameras and find out where my item is. I wonder where he got his manager skills from I strongly encourage Daniel to take a business and management class to learn how to speak to the people who are keeping their business afloat.. now I have to sit here for 3 weeks with the playoffs coming up jersey-less.
