Amazing First Experience at Coast Laundry!…read more Laundry day has always been one of my least favorite chores, but Coast Laundry completely changed that. After my first visit today, I can honestly say this was the best laundromat experience I've ever had. A close friend had been recommending Coast Laundry to me for years, but I always chose laundromats closer to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. From the outside, Coast looks smaller than it actually is, so I never bothered to go inside. I definitely misjudged it because once I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of washers and dryers, so it never feels crowded, and there's lots of room to move around comfortably. I even noticed massage chairs, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The machines are excellent. The washers cleaned my clothes efficiently, and the water was actually hot--not just lukewarm like at many other laundromats. The prices are very reasonable, and the dryers worked incredibly well. They got hot quickly and dried my clothes thoroughly without needing multiple cycles. The amenities were another nice touch. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks, televisions throughout the facility, and the entire laundromat has a clean, relaxing atmosphere that made doing laundry much more enjoyable. What truly made this experience stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service from Zaira. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with the card system or the machines, and I probably asked her for help at least ten times. Every single time, she stopped what she was doing with a smile and patiently walked me through everything. She never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or asking too many questions. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. A clean facility and quality machines are important, but outstanding customer service is what earns loyal customers. Zaira represents Coast Laundry exceptionally well, and because of her, I won't be going anywhere else for my laundry needs. Thank you, Zaira, for making my first visit such a wonderful experience. Thanks to you and the excellent facility, I may actually start looking forward to laundry day. Coast Laundry has definitely earned a lifelong customer! Highly recommended!

They accept quarters and payrange which is super convenient as you just dow load the app load it up from your debit/credit card or bank account with any amount you desire and you save yourself the hassle of withdrawing money from an ATM! The cleaning ladies are great! The restroom is always locked though unless there is someone present but the ladies are almost never there. Definitely a great place also on holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas the dryers are free!

The only downside as others have mentioned is parking. The parking lot is small but I was able to find street parking.

My kids even love seeing her when they come. She is a extremely harder anytime you see her she is cleaning and helping others. This laundromat is the cleanest one I've been to around this area. The workers here work hard and always clean up the place. More specifically Luz, she always greets me when I come in and make me feel welcomed. She also is very helpful and hardworking. read more

I mainly use their wash & fold drop off service but they told me now that they have a pickup & delivery. It'll be super convenient since there is an pandemic going on in the world. Their wash & fold service is excellent and my clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh. My whites always come out brighter than when I would do it at home. The price is $1.50 per pound. Only takes about 2 minutes to drop it off. Its usually done the next day but sometimes they get it done the same day. When you drop off your clothes you give them your contact info and they'll send you a message when it's ready to pick up. For self-service , they have plenty of washers ranging from small top loads up to $7.75 80 pound washers. Half the dryers are coin and the other half uses their debit card system. You can earn points on the card for free washes or redeem for gift card. They also have got some snacks, an arcade to kill some time, and detergent if you so happen to run out. Overall I highly recommend this laundromat. I will try their Pickup & Delivery service once it gets implement!

The washers are crusted with grime, the dryers look like they haven't been wiped down since the 90s, and the floors are revolting. I wouldn't even let my dog walk on that tile, let alone put my clean clothes anywhere near it. It's an insult to the neighborhood. Do yourself a favor: stay far away and find a place that doesn't feel like a literal garbage can. Total rip-off. And to top it off expensive and short wash cycles on the washer machines.
