The 2-man crew that came was a few minutes late because of a crash in the tunnel they had to come through but they texted ahead that they would be a bit late to keep me posted. They arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled time and quickly loaded the 30 heavy bags of yard debris that I needed removed. I had seen someone recommend them on a community Facebook page and the fact that they mentioned licensed and insured really helped make this decision. I called and left a message and immediately Chris got back to me. He answered all my questions and not once did I feel pressured to use their services, which is a huge plus for me. We set up a time and he came out. He was really nice and, again, answered all my questions. He brought his ladder and a long pressure washer attachment to get the back of the house since it's higher than the front. He even got on the roof to check it all out before.
