I became a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but I couldn't be more pleased. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate based on 3/8's of a truckload (which was fair) and actually compacted the stuff to a 1/4 of a truckload. They completed the job in 25 minutes, were courteous and careful. I will use them again if needed. read more

I am shocked . my husband just had back surgery and we were having to move out of the second story of apartment building down to the first floor and we were getting rid of a couch and a dresser they were going to charge us $150 no matter how little we had. I scheduled a pick-up online and it was easy. The pick-up driver called me to let me know when they would arrive and they were on time. Both men were were very polite and friendly. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they quickly removed a dining table with 6 chairs, a swivel chair and ottoman. It was loaded up on their truck in less than 30 minutes. They were very careful removing the furniture so that my doors were not damaged. I am replacing furniture in my place over the next several months and I will definitely call them back for pickups. read more

Free estimate when they arrive in person, impossible to find a minimum price on their website. What I did manage to find online stated they started at 139. When they arrived they stated that their minimum charge was 175. When we said thanks but no thanks they then handed us a coupon or 50 off. When we asked if they would honor it now they refused. I did receive a call from Jason, who must work in the Denver operation. He was very apologetic and professional. He agreed that the crew probably did not do the best job in removing this item. He offered to return $25 (remember I paid $178). I have seen coupons for them offering this much off so that's really not good enough. Eventually he went up to $50 but he could not go higher without photos. It seems that this is a mandate to him (from his boss). I understood that and asked that he express my concerns and have his boss call me. Based upon their level of concern up to this point I am not holding my breath. Still a one star rating. The scheduling person and Jason would receive higher marks due to their customer service but I still cannot recommend them to anyone. read more

Scheduled a pick up online. They arrived at the end of the window but kept in touch to let me know. After looking at what I had the quote was definitely more than I had thought to spend but when I think about all the crap I had and the multiple trips it would take to the basement I decided it was ok. The guys were very friendly and professional and worked really hard to make all my stuff fit in the truck. They definately earned their paycheck. It took about an hour. Damn I am glad it's done! Would use them again but have a more realistic idea of their pricing. I liked that they don't just take everything to the dump, that they try to recycle stuff first. read more

Yes they kept in great communications during the pre pick up part of their service but my quote jumped from $135 to over $500 when they showed up! When I said no, they waited 5 minutes called me back dropped the price to $335 and wanted to know if I wanted them to remove the items. The new pricing they said was due to weight, clearly they do not price on volume as stated on their website. Shame on them, poor service and a waste of my time!! Absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment to have old furniture hauled away before the new furniture arrived and they did not show up. I called to find out where they were only to be told that all customer service reps were busy and they would call me back. Where can I start? First I received an e-mail confirmation for pick-up between the hours of 8 and 10 am. I thought I had switched the appointment to 10 to 12 pm, but it was still fine. I resolved to keep the early morning pick-up for my contractor. However, they were delayed, as they (the service men) were scheduled for a 10 to 12 unlike the e-mail. Their delay and running behind schedule conflicted with the elevator service -- leaving them to use stairs. Then, the Bait and Switch. I was told on the phone a full bed-load of junk would be no more than $650. Considering the condominium building does not provide a dumpster or assistance to haul junk, I figured the price was fair. I was not prepared to hear a quote of $1,170 to remove some drywall and base trim -- particularly when kitchen cabinets and granite were going to be delivered to habitat for humanity. Trying to reach customer service and resolution was disastrous. And, when I called I was told the franchise would only offer a $50 discount off the price (unacceptable). Then, after another call, I was told to have them cease and desist, leaving me with construction debris on site -- unbelievable, no? Another call, and I was told a case file would be prepared. Another call and speaking with a manager, I was transferred to Customer Experience to leave a voice mail. No one from upper management or customer service/experience would take the time to contact me immediately. It gets worse. Their service men stated the perfectly good cabinetry would not be taken by Habitat for Humanity as it wasn't solid plywood construction -- really? The granite was considered concrete and they were trying to charge by weight. Then over the phone they stated they had an entire bed-load of drywall (couldn't be over 2 sheets of broken down drywall) -- it just went on and on and on. Buyer beware!! Rip off. My granddaughter hired them to pick up the trash we had already taken to the driveway. They charge by the amount of space used in the truck, floor to ceiling. As there are no dividers, determining what was "half." It was so expensive that I asked them to stop at 1/2 truck (sold by the 1/8th). They were there about 30 minutes. Buyer beware!!! Talk about a bait and switch! I was originally quoted 125$ for a 1/2 load. I made it very clear there was a big screen tv and a couple of smaller tube tv's as well as smaller items/bedframes, kids toys, etc. I asked a couple of times if there was a upcharge for the tv's and larger items items and they said it was all dependant on load size (previously quoted as 125$ per 1/2 load). Come pick up day they called to say they'd be late, No big deal, it happens. Upon arrival and after looking what was to be taken away (barely more than a 1/2 load) they said it would be 400-500$ not including the tv's, those would be another 200$! This place obviously thinks it can hold people in a bind and on a tight schedule hostage when they think they can get away with it and charge an exorbitant prics! I'd stear clear. Needless to say I refused the service. I would rather pay a honest company the same amount or more if thier quote was at least in the same ballpark. read more

This was the first time we ever had need to inquire about a pay for pickup service in re an old table model TV we had recently replaced with a flat screen. I found your company on the web and called the number provided. I'm happy to say that the party I spoke to was friendly and patient in responding to my questions and a date and time for the pickup was easily done with a promise by said party that we would be called a half hour before the delivery time to make certain we'd be available. On the date of delivery the call to inform of same came earlier than the scheduled time as the pickup men were running ahead of schedule, which was fine with us. The young man in charge of three workers who showed up were all polite, careful and efficient in removing the old TV set. It was a very pleasant experience and well worth the $95.00 we paid for this service. We'll definitely recommend your company to our friends and relatives. read more
