On Saturday, July 20, 2019 my brothers, sister, in-laws and I scheduled a massive clean-up at our mother's home located in Los Angeles. Discussions of who to hire, cost, schedule were thoroughly assessed. Employing your trucks was suggested by my daughter and I remembered watching episodes of the Hoarders television show, my daughter contacted your facility and arrangements were made. From the get go, your staff called and constantly assured that they would be available and suggested that if additional help was needed they could call and schedule extra help. The weekend of the clean-up event arrived and on driving up to the house your trucks and employees were already there and ready to work. We were all amazed at the promptness and efficiency your staff displayed. Within the next few hours, Rudy, Jacob, Juan, George and Jason were on their game and their proficiency was presented and after those hours, executed the plan. The guys were on a mission to get the clean-up completed and nothing was going to get in their way. They were considerate, patient, worked so hard and always with a smile. I would like to say that with all the accumulated items, boxes, trunks, paraphernalia our mother had saved throughout the years, I can't help but think and admire how Rudy, Jacob, Juan, Jason and George made a what would have been a mess of a clean-up an occasion that was processed seamlessly. They predicated how much space we will be utilizing in their trucks. Well worth the money. Over the past year I had built up boxes, plastic bags, packing materials and so much clutter. I've had junk piling up behind the trash bins, and old furniture and garbage and broken toys for over a year. I arranged 800 Got Junk online, and easily scheduled a pick up. The guys they sent were friendly, professional and efficient. They called with their delivery window and were on time. After giving me an initial estimate, they loaded tons of our old broken junk and boxes and charged about the same it would cost me for a dumpster rental. I pointed, they took it away, and I didn't have to lift a finger. Much better. Plus, they swept up after and left by place looking better than ever. HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE!!! Don't fall for the trap or waste your time. They intentionally leave their prices off the internet and then they give an estimate when they arrive. I had a decent basketball hoop and a working Weber gas grill. I wheeled them to the curb so they would be easy to load on the truck. $278!!! I told them "you must be kidding! I made an appointment easily via their online website and received a call within a few hours to verify my appointment details. The representative on the line was nice, very respectful, and informative of the process. I received a call the morning of my appointment narrowing the window of their ETA. Then Team Jason F and Darrell arrived on time and were very courteous and ready to work!! They wore masks and were conscious of Social Distancing. They worked hard to load my junk which consisted of a lot of big heavy bulky items and I didn't hear any complaints. They had great attitudes and nice smiles.
