We had a couple of glitches: even though we knew we would fill out a whole truck and ordered that, the first truck that came ( a little earlier than scheduled it they called and that was fine), well, it was already half full so it was decided they would come back 3 hours later with an empty truck. Had a large couch (about 7ft long) and a short couch to haul away. The guys showed up right on time. Our doorway is situated in a tight spot and maneuvering the furniture out the door and down our front stairs was no small feat. Juan and Jesus were absolutely fantastic. They had to remove a portion of a lattice wall outside to make room and then reattached it perfectly and got the couches down our steep stairs. This company is horrible with customer service. I originally called for an estimate, the guy never showed up but I called a day or so later they said it was a hoax and didn't do the estimate. It was a front yard easy access, not sure what a hoax would mean. Then I rescheduled them to come out that day, got a call and hour or two later saying drivers have all gone home for the day. Then they said they would come up the next morning between 830 and 10 AM, I didn't get a call to almost 1:00 PM and the price to remove 38 bags of yard waste was well over $500. I did it myself in two trips for $52. Very very disappointing. More about the customer service and the lack of caring that they pushed me off for days. Boo! read more

Cole and Stephen are AWESOME. On time! Super polite! Extremely hard working. And did a great job of cleaning up. We had a fairly large wood shed from a construction site. At times there were actually 4 guys working and it still took several hours to take it a part and carefully remove it from our yard and into their truck. They took great care to not ding up walls, gates or patio furniture as they navigated through our yard. And, they were 35% less expensive than other quotes I got. I was serviced by Dre/Devon. They were absolutely wonderful. They called 30 minutes before arriving and were punctual. They worked extremely fast and were incredibly professional. They were also flexible. I originally requested for two things to be taken, but during the 30 minutes they called, my family identified other items to be taken, which were heavier and more troublesome than the ones I originally informed them about. They came with pricing information and let me know beforehand before starting the work. They were honest about pricing and how much I was expected to pay when they were done. The price they anticipated at the beginning was the same when they were done. Even though one of them just returned form leave, they worked hard and quick. As someone who works out, I wanted to compliment on the good form they have with the smarts. We exchanged some fun conversations and they were very approachable and likable. Despite the large 4 items (65 inch very old antique projectable tv, a dense office table that was at least 5 ft long and weighed over 200lbs, a glass table, and an old single chair couch), they were in and out within 30 minutes!!!
