Their "oopsies" have been stacking up lately, so I've decided to relieve them of the heavy burden of handling our packages. The grand finale? Creative math. They somehow managed to intentionally inflate our package dimensions after the fact--resulting in a nice little surprise upcharge weeks later. Facts (since accuracy matters): ACTUAL exterior box size: 11.5" x 11.5" x 11.5" What they entered: 12" (correct) x 13" (WRONG!) x 12" (correct) That magical extra 13 inches--pulled seemingly from thin air--is what triggered the additional charge of $9.14. Funny how that works. Even funnier? This exact same stunt has now happened three times at this location. At that point it's no longer a mistake--it's a business model. So, congratulations on achieving the hat trick. You're fired.

I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location after visiting a "Fed Ex wanna be" place that was 5 minutes from my house but the associate there was extremely rude and insisted a photo of my label was all that was needed as a receipt. Nope. I needed a receipt to prove I dropped it off in case the receiver never got it. I'll never return to that place again. Then from Monday through Thursday I have been trying to get that package returned back to Omaha NE. They kept scanning the letter then saying it was delivered at their address. 4 days in a row 5 seperate phone calls where I was told repeatedly by a human (not automated phone service) the situation was handled. Then to wake up the next day to discover I have been lied to again. I also tried email complaints. I called again on 7-18-2026 and have been told they have no idea what is happening. Incompetence is one thing criminal neglect is another. At this point I am under the assumption that someone at that facility intentional delayed the first delivery and is now purposely not returning my package. Like I said there is literally no crime I would put past my mortgage carrier. There is a cashier's check for over $12k sitting in a box for 6 days. Maybe that's not a lot of money for them but it is to me. I have filed a report with the FBI for potential mail fraud. I would never use this facility nor any Fedex location if you have any option.
