I told them no one has removed any screens since my last cleaning and that I expected it to be replaced. I was told that if I felt that way they would replace it. The only thing that they did was clean the bathroom floor in one of our bathrooms and the inside of the refrigerator. They only did a mediocre job of the inside of the refrigerator. They certainly did not do a move out clean. The windows were not done, walls were not cleaned, bathrooms not done. They charged us $370. When we asked for a refund, they said that they would only give us $50 back. We had to spend hours doing what they did not do. Do not ever hire them to do any kind of cleaning. They will just rip you off. Update: The Molly Maids manager contacted me and asked what she could do to make this up to me. I told her that I wanted a full refund, since I did the work that their employees were supposed to have done. She did issue me a full refund, even though it is not their policy to do so.
