The system they put in has been terrible over the last 2 years. Promised to come back and fix it. Proposed a solution and agreed to pay for some of it. Our A/C went out and I contacted Integrity. Since, it was after hours I received the call service. They took our information and I received a call from Dylan in just a few minutes. Dylan was very polite and talked me through a few steps that I could do myself, unfortunately they didn't fix the issue. I had to setup and appointment. Dylan called on his way and promptly arrived as scheduled. He is very polite and professional. He did a complete diagnostic on our system. It turned out our capacitor was blown....$40. Obviously, he could have said it was anything and charged us 100s, but he was honest and had our A/C working good as new quickly. Thank You Dylan for your professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend Integrity and especially Dylan should need HVAC assistance. read more

Call them if you want your smoke detectors going off at 3 in the morning. Here is our recent experience with Integrity Heating and Air. I scheduled a furnace tune-up hoping to beat the cold weather and make sure we are doing everything we can to avoid emergency situations. Integrity was the company listed on our furnace by our home builder, we called, scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. After about an hour their HVAC tech let us know that everything was good to go, advised us to go with the annual maintenance package, and we thought we were good. Later that same night we woke up to our smoke alarms going off at 3am. As I inspected the house we could see smoke in our room, bathroom, and living room but no source of fire. We took our scared kids to the car with only their coats and PJs in 30-degree weather, went back into the house, turned off the furnace and opened all the windows. We called Integrity's after-hours center, they let us know they would connect us with a tech as soon as possible, and by 5am our tech (the same tech that had performed the service) was in our home evaluating the problem. He let us know he found the source of the problem, an error on his part must have short circuited our blower, prevented air from circulating, and caused the smoke. By 8am they had a replacement part installed and the furnace back up and running. Everything seemed reasonable up until this point as we know that people are only human, and mistakes happen. We weren't charged for the emergency service or blower replacement, but why would we be? Now we are at a point where we are asking for a refund for the original service so that we can use those funds to get a second opinion about any long-term damage to our furnace. I am not HVAC expert and don't really have any idea if a furnace running through the night with no blower causes long term damage. I don't know if the smoke or heat generated impacts our HVAC system and its longevity in the long run. I do know that we scheduled routine maintenance for peace of mind, and we don't have peace of mind. I am disappointed that our request for a refund led to failed communication with the general manager of Integrity Heating and Air, and now no response. The GM did not answer our phone calls, followed up once via text, offered a partial refund, never acknowledged distressed caused by the incident, and has failed to follow up further, instead going silent. Keep this in mind if you intend to do business with Integrity Heating and Air. read more

We had a problem of no heat getting into our main bathroom. Ken Blake from Integrity came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a miss adjusted damper in the feed line before the outlet damper. He adjusted it and answered another question I had about the system. Can't say enough about the quick and thorough service this company provides. Keep up the good work! read more

Joe and his team were fantastic. They arrived exactly when they said they would, so we didn't have to wait around all day. They were friendly and courteous of our home and time, so it was never awkward being alone in the house with them while my partner was at work (as a single woman who works from home 60% of the time, this is important). They were also super careful of our new puppy, always making sure she wasn't near the door as they came in and out or underfoot, and bending over to pet her each time they passed. She grew comfortable with them in the house very quickly. They wiped their feet each time they entered the house, and made sure towels were down whenever there was a chance of a mess on the floors. They also made sure to patch the areas in the walls where new pipes or tubes were installed. An awesome touch which meant we didn't need to "finish up the work" cosmetically later on. The quote was accurate and fair, and when the work was done there wasn't any additional surprise charges or costs. They took the time to make sure the job was done right. We 100% recommend Integrity and Joe. We used his services because he was recommended to us by a close friend who runs a heating/cooling supply company. Of all the technicians he could have recommended, Integrity was his choice - so that says something. read more
