Jonathan is supposedly in transit ( allegedly he was not far from me but now it's been almost an hour). If we had not gone through the effort to move all of our furniture I would tell them just forget it.. What a way to run a business..... Update : Jonathan showed up a little before 8. A full 6 hours late. Then proceeded to try charge me $115 over the price I was given by Katie when I booked the appt. He said the price I was given was an estimate but she had quoted me the price itemized by cost per room. At no point did she say anything about pricing being an estimate...Seemed shady to me....made me extremely angry. But after a few minutes of arguing back and forth a price was agreed upon and he went to work. After completing the upstairs he decided that he was done for the day and told us he was leaving with the job half done. He wanted to come back today but we had plans made and no way were we going to allow him to be in our house when we were not there. Basically we paid him for what he had completed and said our goodbyes and good riddance. We are done with a Dunn for us it was Dunn Wrong. Well get someone else to finish the job I will say that the work that was completed was done properly and the carpet looks good. They just have no clue about customer service. I was blessed to have encountered Resto Pros and Josh came out and did a free inspection. Apparently mold is ubiquitous in our environment but I don't have the severe black mold that would cause health issues.
