After installation I drove my M2 and the handling was terrible!! I quickly noticed that the tires were mismatched and two tires were not what I ordered. My cars are collector cars, I would never put mismatched tires on them! 3 weeks later and my car is still sitting in my garage and Anthony has done nothing to rectify the issue. When I took the car back, they admitted they had missed installing some rubber components. I paid for the missing parts and waited again, only to find out later that those parts were never installed. The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. They lack honesty, communication, and professionalism. Do your research and take your car somewhere else.

Later, I found out those springs were actually used parts from a scrap yard and were already worn out. Now I have to spend another $195 to buy the correct, new springs myself. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and honesty was extremely disappointing. If you're considering getting a lift kit or any serious work done, go somewhere else you'll save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches.
