I'm OK with the entire bottom of the car being rusted out. I am not OK with it being painted over, which it was per the mechanic. And poorly at that. I recently had a distressing experience with this dealership that I believe the public should be aware of. If I could give this dealership a 0-star rating, I would! They stole $4000 from me. Initially, they told me that the bank had approved my application, but after a week, they claimed the bank returned the application due to a missing phone bill. They then towed my car with my belongings inside, including money and my daughter's car seat, and left everything at the towing company. The dealership quickly brought the car back to their lot and charged me $2500. I contacted the police, and the officer informed me that I am not the first person to experience this issue with this dealership; daily, someone calls with a similar story. The dealership will tell you that you are approved, rush you through the paperwork without giving you time to read it carefully, and then, after a week, they will repossess the car and claim the bank did not approve the application. Beware of their 4.0 rating; most of the reviews are fake! They make you sign the contract very quickly, so you don't have time to read it thoroughly. They will quote one price, but the contract will state a completely different price. They lied to me about the towing charges, claiming it was $2500, but when the police arrived, they admitted it was actually $1500. Fortunately, I recorded everything. I am determined to sue this company. The salesperson provided a false price, and everyone involved, including Maria Jose Rondon, is a scammer. The salesperson coerced me into buying the car, and when I returned after the car was towed, Maria Jose Rondon pretended not to recognize me because she knew about their deceitful plan. Here is what happens 1- Alex Valdez - 10/10 but he has to follow the poor after sales customer service warranty of Tesla 1- At 15k miles my steering wheel bubbled up from a factory bad design that is in all forums they choose to cover or not even though is a know bad material. 2- I had the steering covered by a professional and paid $400 out of pocket as I was not going to put another Tesla wheel on to risk same issue. 3- The front cameras in these cars mine being a Dec 23 model with only 30k miles mint condition. Condensation or fog is developed in these and these cameras are seal so no way to get them dirty but touching y them so a BAD DESIGN. Well they want to charge me $60 while car is under warranty something that takes 5 min& a know fact. Andre's the Service manager very nice listened to my story and was pleasantly unhelpful just a great guy great smile no results. It's not the $60 or the $400 for steering wheel but the fact that it's wrong and unfortunately as I told Andres and Alex both this is why Tesla get a bad grade in service in the market. As I told them put your self in my shoes it's not the $ but the principle of feeling taken advantage of. What a product very poor warranty follow up in honoring flaws in design. In our business service is 2nd to any the best in any industry as we use common sense we never cover abuse but always common sense this gets you loyal word of mouth marketing. These type of decisions in poor service directly affect buyers decisions when making a purchase and detrimental to Tesla sales.
