I would be hesitant to use them again, especially if I were coming from Milwaukee or Chicago. The service to the Green Bay airport was excellent. They will also not answer phone calls from people who are looking for ETA updates. However, their one and only saving grace is they are about half the price of other taxi businesses in the Green Bay area. But it is a you get what you pay for situation.
