Horrible! Not sure how they are still in business! Most of the drivers smoke id not all. It's so gross unprofessional All of the vehicles are filthy. There is usually a passenger riding with them or a pet, or they may live in the van. May 5 about 5:20am I was heading to work south on 41 and there was a white work truck in the left lane and the Astro Cab was behind the white truck and kept swerving from left to right to see if there was a car blocking this person from moving over and there wasn't. This Astro Cab cut a car that was in right lane trying to pass and then pulled right in front of this vehicle (white truck) so he could get around him. This is outrageous and is why there is so many accidents on highway 41. I am a professional driver and think this is outrageous behavior and this person shouldn't be behind any wheel! read more

Our hospital uses them for patients who have no way home. And we've had multiple instances where patients are here for hours and the cab just doesn't show up for like 4-5 hours. Like come on bellin is paying you good money to help us make sure these patients get home safely. Do better. read more

I had a great experience with the Astro Taxi driver, James. He took me home from the auto repair shop to Pulaski. He was friendly, and I truly enjoyed my experience! This was my first time ever using Astro Taxi. Based on this experience, I can recommend Astro Taxi if James is driving! I was driving on the highway and one of their vans almost hit me. They tried to merge in front of me with no room and i had to go off the road to avoid getting hit. The road conditions are not good today, snow and ice on the road. This guy in the #3 van is a reckless driver and is going to cause an accident. Luckily I acted quickly enough to avoid any damage but it was a very thin line. read more

Ordered a cab, and they hung up rudely, and then called again and they hung up again and canceled my cab without telling me and after an hour of waiting thinking i got it, they hung up and told me it was canceled. Bad service for a cab company when they're barely going to exist sooner or later. read more

I will never use this cad again i call at 4pm they told me an hour i said ok call ba k at 5:22pm still another 20 minutes or so call back at 5:45pm the dispatcher never sent nobody my way when i call back they had change shifts already stood all at work for two hours just to walk home never again very bad business and it's only the one dispatcher i don't know her name but just because of her poor professional manner they just lost a really good customer they need new management one who actually cares about they place of business. read more

They were very rude. The lady sounded like she was eating a donut when she was talking and could not understand what she was saying she hung up several times without saying thanks, goodbye, see you later, come again , thanks for calling just fuking rude!! These guys and one gal made all the difference in our packers trip. I was going to rent a car but they went above and beyond the call. They got us as close to the stadium as they could ad i am handicapped. We made appointments for pickup ahead of time and they were there. When we called when we needed to be picked up from the mall it took them 15 minutes to get there. Totally within reason. It made our trip much more pleasant and it ended up being cheaper than renting a car for 3 days. read more

I'm a professional business man and have used taxis over 1000 times nationwide. Never a worse cab company. Charging 2 to 3 times any others. Showed up late 3 of of 5 times when they said they would be there in ten minutes and show up up to a hour late. RUDE OMG.Filthy drivers and you need to was your clothes after riding in there junk, old mini fans. Dispatching said go f yourself after trying to get a adjustment on a late by 45 min apt time then got lost but billed $3.00 a mile for 20 percent extra miles. No meters, no gps. One star rating says it all. It would be lower but you cant rate below a one.. read more

This company ripped us off. we took their cab company for a short ride to and from the Holiday Inn. We were charged $25 however, the exact same route earlier in the day with another cab company cost us $15. To matters even worse the cab driver who said his name was Bear was smoking in the van and their dispatcher was completely drunk. This was confirm by the driver when we questioned him about the dispatcher voice and behavior. This company should not be in business. read more

Rude! Rude! Rude! Didn't show up to pick us up either! We called Sunday night (11/16) after the Packers game. It was extremely loud where we were so I couldn't hear the lady very well when she answered the phone or how she answered it. I politely asked her if this was a taxi service and her response COMPLETELY blew me away: "That's how I answered the phone didn't I."I mean really??? . I asked her again just to clarify and her rude response was the same: "I said, that's how I answered the phone didn't I?". Lady needs to take some customer service courses. Complete jerk! read more

Last winter, my car broke down on the way to an urgent doctor's appointment. I called Astro and gave the dispatcher the address. The man I spoke to was rude, slow and seemed 'impaired'; I spelled the address THREE TIMES before he seemed to get it. Then I waited... 20 minutes...shivering in subzero weather. It was miserable. When I called to ask where my cab was, the same rude man told me that I'd sent them to a non-existent address. I asked him where- and discovered that he had written down the street name incorrectly. Note that I had given him my phone number; if they had trouble finding me, why wasn't I called? I repeated my location, spelling it AGAIN, and asked them to please hurry so that I did not miss my doctor's appointment. 15 minutes later, frozen through, I called him again and asked how much longer. The man snapped at me that the cab had been sent out on another run when they couldn't find my misspelled street, so he had no idea how much longer I'd have to wait. I explained that I had spelled the street to him repeatedly, and needed to get to the doctor, I couldn't wait for the cab to finish another run- and he hung up on me. Unbelievable. With minutes to go before my appointment, I called Yellow Cab and begged them for a ride. The man was there in 3 minutes flat and got me to the clinic on time. I tipped him $15 and will never use another cab company. read more
