Took this taxi service twice!! Both drivers, Tom & John, were very courteous & friendly!!! Any negative comments are ridiculous!!#

We called this morning for a ride to work. They said they would pick us up. They did. But at the same time someone else was in the cab. Fine, no problem. But then we were told that we had to ride with them 15 minutes away just to go back another 15 minutes which would've made us very late. So we just asked to get dropped off and walked the rest of the way. The driver was extremely rude. And, the best part is, she apparently complained about us so when we needed a ride home from work we were told they wouldn't take us. Just to be clear we were very polite. We just had to get to work and couldn't go riding around all over town. I would much rather walk then be treated like this. But I just want to write this review to warn others that you will not be on time. And then you will be shunned if you decide to walk instead. I know it sounds crazy. It's crazy to me that someone who requests a ride, is told they have that ride, then told something different, and is nice about it and just asks to be let out so we can get to work faster, that we are apparently the issue. This is a horrible company but there is no one else. So they, I guess are lucky that there is no competition. But I would urge everyone to try Door2Door first. They are more accommodating. read more

Worst cab ride ever! Was over charged in March with a smoking cab driver. To tonight..... Got a ride from this company for a safe ride through the tavern league. Cab driver and my boyfriend were talking. Cab driver realized that boyfriend was the one who called and complained of me being over charged in March. Cab driver out of the blue slams on his brakes while doing at least 30 mph. I slam my head into seat. Glasses phone and wallet going flying. He opens his door and rear driver sliding door. (Obviously looking for a fight). Grabs boyfriend by neck. I'm calling 911 as they are fighting in the middle of the street! Police arrive, question us all. He drives away and we get a ride in the back of a police car home! Not my idea of a safe ride! And I don't recommend this company as your ride any where!! Seriously not awesome at all!!!!!!! Be safe and call another cab company! read more

when first used this taxi I was impressed good owner nice drivers and they are good at scheduling out of town long trips but my wife and I have stopped using them as several times when we needed them for in town appts we were told no cab available for at least 2 hours totally unacceptable when you cant wait 2 hours seems like their main problem is not enough drivers if u want a long haul and can schedule days ahead and are wanting a long trip you are fine but if you do as we do call an hour ahead for an in town trip you may well hear sry all our cabs are out of town for at least 2 hours unacceptable so for us its goodbye one awesome hello yellow much more reliable read more

I would rather walk than to ever use this cab service again. Not only was my driver (John) 30 minutes late, he was very rude and offered no explanation to his tardiness, other than to "be happy he came at all". Very unprofessional. read more
