My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that officer for stepping in to help my son and his friends get home safely. Reluctantly, I hired Horizon Protection Security because I did not want to add more expense to my operation, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions made! Brent Shaw, who is the operator of the business, has been very easy to work with and will take photos or give me a periodic report of findings. One of the most important parts of his job is making sure the automatic gate is closed at night and he has given me a notice a week before any of the tenants even realized what was happening and I was able to get the repairs done! Whew! [Less stressful phone calls!] The tenants have been very happy and I know Brent treats the homeless people with dignity and politely asks them to move because, homeless people are people too.
