They didn't test my hose or check to make sure my equipment worked. Also they changed only 2 of the inlets in the house and the quote was for 3 inlets. And now I have 2 white covers and one brass inlet in the house. Also the old brass outlet cover closes slowly instead of quickly like the new white covers. One of the white inlets the cap to the screw broke off and he didn't bother to change it and said it will work just fine. I had some questions about my systems equipment and I could tell he didn't want to take the time with me. What a difference from working with Denise who is now retired. I have called 2 days so far and no return call back. If they call soon and come back to do the job right I'll revise this one star I gave them. Sometimes I think cause I'm a older single woman they can just do half ass work. I wasn't even given a walk through when they were done. I did a quick one as I could see he was leaving. This is an update: they never came back. When they were here I stayed out of their way and was respectful of them. I didn't get it in return.

Recently I have been trying to register an old utility trailer I found at the ranch I used to run under a broken down cottonwood tree after my mom passed away and my brother and sister inherited the place. It hadn't been on the DMV roles for over 25 years. I also had to get off thr title on a 1970ish VW van I realized I was still on with my now adult daughter. I don't need that liability on my resume!!! After getting all kinds of wrong advice from DMV and other AAA offices on both these issues I ended up in Manteca mostly because it was closest to where my daughter could meet. Lucky for me because I/we ended up with Theresa to to help us out. Since my daughter had misplaced the title to the van, it was not completely straightforward, and the fact that both of my parents had passed away, the trailer issue was a crooked path to say the least. Theresa straightened this out quickly and easily when no one else could. Apparently Theresa has been there for 36 years and I hope she stays there at least as long as I am in the country dealing with the notorious, diabolical DMV. 5 stars all the way

Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!
