My daughter's home coming dance is tonight and we dropped off a dress there on Monday and they told us it will ne ready Friday. So yesterday, Friday, she went to pick it up and they said tomorrow, which is today and the dance is in 2 hours. Well, no dress at this place and I have a 17 yr old daughter who is very upset. I brought a long black wool winter coat to be cleaned. $18 and it doesn't look like it was cleaned because there are still hairs and lint on it which is why I brought it in to be cleaned. If you are looking to get your prom dress altered DO NOT BRING IT HERE. I brought my dress in along with the shoes I planned on wearing for prom. We asked the lady to shorten my dress to one length all around with no train at all. We asked for no train multiple times. 4 days later I go to try the dress on and pick it up. I try it on and it is too long and has a train. So, I asked again to have it shortened for the second time. I asked to have it all one length and to the floor. One week later and I return to try it on once again and pick it up. The dress is about 2 inches too short and all different lengths. Both layers of the dress are not even all the way around. Some parts are much higher than others. I highly recommend not going here for prom alterations. read more

We took my daughter's prom dress to be tailored here, and at 5' with 4 layers of fabric, hemming it was no easy task. They took their time pining each layer and the results were amazing! Every single time I have had something altered, either the hem fell out on the first time worn or it had to be completely redone. Today I brought a winter jacket in to be cleaned and they tried to charge me $25. I took it down the street to Joseph's Cleaners and was charged $8.50. Never again! read more

I had been a regular customer, for years. I brought several articles of clothing in in the spring for dry cleaning and/or alterations. I picked up my clothing and found that one of the items, a skirt, had been taken in but they didn't re-hem it. So I had to walk around my office with scotch tape on my skirt to keep the hem up. I checked all the items and two other pairs of pants were not completely altered either. One just needed a clip fastener and a couple of stitches at the top of the zipper. The biggest job was taking in a pair of pants. I brought them back into the dry cleaner and TWO pleasant clerks apologized and wrote me two new receipts to have the items altered and wrote on the receipt "N/C" - no charge. I waited several weeks for a call that the items were ready and never got the call. I called and after waiting seven weeks I was finally able to speak to a manager who told me that they found my clothes (yay) they had not been altered and unless I could produce the original seat from the spring, they would not alter these items either. Even though they wrote on the receipt it would be no charge. I think that is completely unethical unreasonable and just wrong. I was without my clothes for more than TWO MONTHS and not even offered a credit for future services. I spent nearly $100 for the alterations and dry cleaning. I wasn't looking for anything free, I had already paid for the services when u picked up the clothes the first time. I wasn't looking to take advantage in any way. BAD idea ripping off a client! Notable: I requested the name and number of the owner and was told they couldn't give out that information? They can't tell me who owns the cleaning/tailor shop?? Seriously? Fine, don't give me his phone number but at least have him call me but they said that they could not do that either. If the owner were to call me and apologize and offer to complete the work that I paid for, I would be completely willing to remove this negative feedback and to actually post five stars because until this point I have been very happy with envy. I waited four days for the owner to call me to discuss the incident and I received no phone calls. For this reason I am creating this post. read more

This place is horrible. I dropped numerous suits off to be drycleaned and pants to be tailored and dry cleaned. The pants were hemmed at all different lengths and the suits were missing buttons when I got them home. There were 2 pairs of pants that clearly were not drycleaned since the tailor marks were still on the pants and they were wrinkled. They sure charged me for it. Then, they only accept cash and refuse to refund money. They said I would have to drive 30 minutes back there and have them done again. Then I can drive back again to pick them up. So that is an additional 2 hours of traveling and $25 in gas. What a good business. OH... Wait... They told me they would be ready to begin with in 3 days... When I got there they said they could not find it and that I should check back in a few more days. REALLY?!?! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! BEWARE... They operate other places under different names so be caucious. The owners name is SAL. He doesnt return calls. Hope this helps. read more

I have been a customer for years. I tend to forget about things, as I did last year, they called me and told me it was still there. Come to find out the only reason they called me was because a friend of my teenage daughter was there and saw I hadn't picked it up. I dropped off 3 $80-$100 throw rugs on Dec 19 2015. I hadn't picked them up, as when my husband picked up everything else they were not with them. So when I recently went back she told me they weren't there and she was shocked because they usually hold them for 6 months! So she told me she would look and call me. She never called, so I called back many times and she then told me they are not responsible if things are left for n over 30 days!!! Quite a change from when I was there. She then proceeded to tell me that they were "donated" which to me means they are in so n e ones home right now. I am seeking legal counsel, they have done this to too many people!!! $ read more

If negative stars were available I would give that rating. I brought in an expensive overcoat for cleaning. When I came to pick this up I paid for it and noticed immediately it was damaged and discolored. I immediately brought this to the attention of the person working there and left the coat for the manager to look at and was told I would be called back within a week. I stopped in a week later after no call and was told the manager had to talk to the owner but it was somehow just worn and that the owner would call back in a week. After another week of waiting they just repeated the same line about the coat just being worn and there being nothing they can do.
