This place is the best I have found in the area, and i have gone to many nail salons trying to find the ultimate Pedi. This place is quick, i have never had to wait long to get my pedi going, they always seem to be fully staffed. If you want to ask questions, its better not to as this is one of the places that the English is really bad. I tried asking three girls what the address was so I could add this place to yelp and no one could help me. If your ready for a pampering go for the "Deluxe" First off a pedi is only $15 if you want the deluxe it is $20 and with design its $25. They will do a salt scrub, menthol and extra leg rubbing for you, you also get hot stones rubbed on your feet and legs followed by a parafin wax dip...all for only $20! They don't rush through like many places I have been to, they aren't to slow either, each pedi here i've had averages about 30 min. My friend refered me and my mom to this nail salon. And we decided to give them a try, we came on a Saturday evening. I found the service to be fast, friendly, and excellent quality. Im am so happy with my full set, I love the polish, and shape of my nails. I found the prices to be fair and reasonable, and I could definitely see myself returning for a future visit. read more

When I got there I asked for one of their spa pedicures which cost $50. Once I was in the chair I told the lady that I needed my cuticles cut the sides of my big toes cleaned out and don't forget to get the calluses in certain areas. Next thing I know she's scrubbing 1 side of my leg raw turning around talking to everybody's she works with looking at pictures paying absolutely 0 attention to what the h*** she was doing. Then she didn't even bother to exfoliate my feet with that she barely got the cuticles at all She did a horrible job trying to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet because she wasn't paying any attention she just kept chatting. I would never recommend this place worse place I've ever And they want to charge $50 for a spa pedicure and they basically did worse than a standard pedicure I would not suggest going here read more

I've been going here for 6 months as my first few visits were terrific. However, the visits in the last month or so have been terrible. Today was the last straw. I needed my toenail polish removed for surgery in 2 days. I waited for over 30 minutes with nobody else in line. Finally went in and the lady tried to get my to choose a color even though I'd stated no polish. She flew her way through my pedicure. It was terrible. No time taken. She cut too deep on my big toes. Didn't talk to me. Made me feel as if I shouldn't have come in. Rang me up at the end and tacked on a couple of dollars because a few of my toes had old gel which took her no time to remove. Completely updated. Much better! Cleaner and nicer. Came on another Sunday and had no wait. Really enjoyed myself! Lots of colors to choose and friendly staff. They now have new tools for each customer. And plastic lined water tubs. Plus more choices for pedicures including special scents! read more

Stopped in early, about 9:45am, and they were already busy. Signed in and after picking out a color, they sent me right back to a pedicure station. I sat relaxing, soaking my feet in the massage chair till a nail technician was available. About 10-15 minutes. Received a deluxe pedicure, with scrub/mask like mixture, hot stone rub, and hot towel finish. Was very relaxing. After the pedicure, was sent to the technicians station, while she cleaned the pedicure bath. Basic manicure was very nice, cleaned up my cuticles and any dead skin, a massage and color was applied. I visited this salon yesterday for a pedi and nails. The gentleman who did both, did an awful job. My feet look awful and are rougher than before and my nails are hideous! I'll have to visit a salon I am familiar with, have the nails soaked off and start over and the pedi will need to be done again as well. Shameful.. read more

I came in with my sister and two daughters, and we wanted to all sit together for pedicures but were told we couldn't. I told them we would wait until there were available seats and they looked at me like I was crazy. I couldnt even sit with my daughters! I should have left then but didn't want to disappoint the girls. So we stayed and my nails turned out awful and the person that did mine was very rude when I asked her to trim my nails a little more. my Oldest hated her nails and if I were sitting next to her I could have been supervising. There were so many nail salons on hwy 50, decided to check this place out. The guy that did my nails was very nice, but didn't speak hardly any English, not even broken. The chair that he initially stayed to sit me at, was literally dirty. I'm sitting in a different chair next to the Ms. Kitty chair. Out was in bad shape and filthy. Won't come here again! read more

So my daughter is autistic and is easily disoriented in public. She of course was with me. She wanted to sit next to me while I got my pedicure. Mind you there was only one other person getting a pedicure. As she starts to cry and I am explaining this a worker comes up to me, rudely asks what the problem is and then tells me the chair is for people getting pedi done. Well obviously, sir. But no one is getting pedi done right now. He makes her sit at a table. Now she is anxious. Now I can't relax. Then I ask for a certain style by showing a picture. The person doing my pedi says you need to pick out a color since we can't guarantee a match. Ummm ok. So u work here, u don't know what color best matches this? What I wanted also had a design on the ring finger. This he says they can do. I decide to get a manicure. A couple of cuts later and it's time to paint my nails. The technician tells me he can't do the design and the girl who can is too busy. He asks the guy working next to him and all he says is we don't do that here. Ummmm ok. So u can't tell me what you DO so we can make a compromise?? At this point I'm seething. I pay I tip and I leave. People need to understand A. no one is without some sort of handicap. Don't judge me or treat me rudely Bc my daughter has one. B. If you say you can accommodate someone, do it. C. Try to help your customer happy by talking to them not at them about what they are paying YOU to do. D. Prejudice comes in all forms. And I'm sick of it read more

Three stars for the lady that did my pedi. None for the man in the third seat that did my nails. I hate them. I did say some he acted like he didn't understand never again will I go there. They are too fat and i have air bubbles. Not small one. Looks loke my nails about to come off. never again will i go here. Unless I'm just getting my feet done. :-(. read more

This used to be a decent place but not anymore. There's one tech in particular with a horrible attitude at number 6. I was there today she was god awful. She even screamed at me when I complained about how she kept hurting my hand. I'm so serious she was yelling at the top of her lungs. The manager came over and asked me what I did to her. i wish i could give this nail salon a negative review. where do i even start. i came into this nail salon at 5:30pm, now if you check the business hours, this establishment closes at 7pm. the owner began rushing all of the customers that were already in the salon once 5:45pm hit and began being rude. i only came in for gel nails and toe polish. one guy offered to do my toe polish first but i told him i wanted to wait to get my nails did first to make sure the two colors matched. once i said that, the man in the picture, which is the owner of this business yelled at me "that they didnt have time to do that". i then told him that i had been waiting since 5:30p and this was my only off day to get into this shop since they are closed on mondays and changed their hours to 7pm all of a sudden. i explained that to him and he did not care.. once i began having a private conversation with one of the other customers within the building the man in the picture demanded that i stop talking about the situation(in a rude manner) and i refused because i was not being loud or irate!! i was having a personal conversation. he then said that they are denying me service because i was talking to the customer sitting beside me. the man in the picture is racist towards african american people and will deny service for any reason he can find! as a woman i would not give my money to this establishment, they do not respect anyone that is not of their race!! i was even told once by a worker in the establishment that they upcharge certain customers so they will not try to come back!! i am a college educated single mother and i will no longer be giving my money to this business!! normally i am not one to leave google reviews but this is something i feel people should know about and i also will be posting on yelp as wel!! side note: jenny and van are sweethearts and they did not do anything wrong they just work for an asxhole boss!! read more

Do not go here. They don't clean the pedicure baths in between pedicures. Also, the tools go from one station to another, they aren't cleaned. I'm hoping I don't get an infection. read more

This is one of the worst nail salons in O'Fallon IL across the street from Wal-Mart, they respect you only if you are white, they speak their language when they want to talk about African Americans in their face. Black people please do not patronize this establishment. I was refused service because I told the nail tech the color he brought wasn't what I asked for, he said it may have looked different because the nail on display could have faded, when he got up I thought it was to show me another color, I waited for about 10 min he never came back, I just so happen to turn my chair around he was giving a pedicure to another client that came after me, he treated me as if I had did something wrong. I left and then decided that I will not allow anyone to treat me as such, African American are these nail shops and hair stores biggest clients and without us they would not have a business, we are treated the worst by these raciest people from Korea, and Vietnam, black people please stop patronizing them..
