Receptionist could get them in at the same time with 3 different stylists. This was awesome for a busy mom. Appointment day, all 3 stylists (I am so sorry but I forgot their names except for Tyler?) listened to what each daughter wanted. They spoke to them kindly and engagingly from hair discussion, wash, cut, and style. Each of my daughters left feeling pampered, beautiful and happy with their hairstyle. She brought in inspiration photos and explained exactly what she wanted to her stylist. Unfortunately, the results were nothing like what she asked for and she left extremely upset. When I contacted the salon to address the situation, the owner's response was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. As a business owner, the way you speak to your customers matters. A man should never talk to a young woman or any client the way he spoke to us. Based on the way the owner handled this situation alone, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

On June 11, 2026, I was in urgent need of a trim since I had plans the following day. While searching online, I came across this barbershop. I had only ever trusted two barbers in the past, so trying somewhere new was a bit outside my comfort zone. However, both of my usual barbers were unavailable at the time, and it was already around 7 PM, so I decided to give this place a chance. I'm extremely glad I did. The experience exceeded my expectations, and the results were exactly what I had been looking for.
