As I said in my Private message I am sure I have never been to Natural nail in Edwardsville. The reason I chose your business and made the 30 minute drive is because of the gel options I was told about when I called and described the gel that was used while I was in Arizona. (Which was Angel Love Organic Gel) I was looking for a place that I could communicate easily with and that had options different than the usual nail salons. When I got to the business I was told it could not be done and the gel was removed. I was very unhappy with the quality of the new gel and the damage to my fingers. This is not something I forgot over the years. I had sensitivity to my nail beds and cuticles for quite a long time. One other thing I remember about the visit was that the nail file was labeled with my name and saved for a future use. I posted the picture of the building I was at and mentioned that in the private message to you. I love my nails!!! I have always been a nail biter and have small nail beds. Getting my nails to the edge of my fingers can be hard for me. Even with gel or dipped nails from other places, I have them off in a few days, but I can keep these on for weeks. I was taught how to take care of my nails. I'm always worried about getting my nails done since they are thin, but she doesn't do anything to thin/damage my nails like other places do. They really focus on getting you to grow and have healthy nails. They are also very honest and not just trying to up-sell. read more

Best manicure I've received! The owner was able to set an appointment for same day that I called. Being an American salon that's not always able to happen. The owner did both my sister and my nails. She was super knowledgable and taught us how to probably form our nails, strengthen them, grow them out, maintain, and how to make our gel last longer. We were told if our nails chipped they would fix them for free. She even offered to paint my 3 year olds nails (she had been whining to get hers done), although another customer was waiting. If you want a proper place to get your nails done, make it here. Just call ahead a couple days to make an appointment so you aren't disappointed when you can't get in that day. Got a gel manicure that was supposed to last two weeks. Three nail peel-offs in 4 days and I am about to lose another. Nail tech seemed in a hurry. But was extremely slow. Was also a little rude/unfriendly. Overall very odd and unpleasant experience. Will not return to this salon. read more

After only two days, several of my nails had chipped. Owner implied I had probably done something to cause this as it was very unusual for it to happen. Wish I had read the reviews on line before going there. She fixed them at no cost which I appreciated. Three days later more of my nails chipped and one totally came off in one piece. I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure. When my daughter and I went to the business a few moments ago, Bonnie was very rude and said, "We're not Asian. I don't have lots of people sitting here to do nails. You have to book in advance". I was shocked by this comment. Then, she tells me that she can't schedule us on the same day. The Groupon didn't state that you had to book in advance. And, she could have handled this better without the derogatory comment. I contacted Groupon and was given a full refund. read more

I had an gel nail polish manicure here and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and the woman doing my nails taught me how to grow out, shape, and take care of my nails!
