I have had about 10 Brazilian wax services done over the course of my life, and no one has waxed my clitoris and caused nerve damage before. The nerve damage did come back and did stop being numb, but I don't think that is worth $99.00 for the service. I would rather not have that happen. It is kinda creepy that the salon thinks it is okay for that to happen, and it kinda reminds me of clitoris removals that happen in Africa. Buyer beware, this is not a safe place for waxing. *In response to owner's response: I mentioned this twice once in person and once in email about what happened. No one apologized about it, and in the last response from the owner I am not hearing an apology either. Sorry if I have harmed anyone in my confusion, but my pussy is important to me, and my hope is that others value their pussies too. Idalia was a great stylist in and out of the salon, throughout the process she asked me questions about the products I was using and gave me recommendations on products that would help put my hair back on a much healthier journey. When I was being checkout she gave me her card which had her personal number so if I had any questions I could contact her personally. My hair was all the way down to my tailbone but not healthy at all, it was falling out more than normal, felt brassy and just absolutely disgusting. Now my hair feels healthy and happy.
