To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. There was a lot of follow up with several team members. First, the salesperson Simon, did initial measurements and gave me an estimate. Then in another appointment, Javier confirmed the measurements (maybe before ordering parts). It took a few of months for HOA approval, county permitting and for them to receive my custom windows. Then before the install began, another manager Joel came by to remeasure and let me know what to expect during the install. I was a little anxious because they were doing my whole house and I knew it was going to be a lot of noise and demolition. But when Randy, the supervisor, and Yoandry, the team leader, showed up with 2 more guys they seemed to know what they were doing. So I basically hid in my room upstairs as they started working downstairs. Every once in a while I would peek out and see my windows getting knocked out and then my front door removed. They put up plastic sheets to minimize dust to other parts of the house. Yoandry and his crew made me feel at ease. It took 2 days for the demolition, new install and caulking. After the job was done Randy, the job supervisor, took me to each window and door and had me test them. He had me open and close each opening and then I had to sign a check list. Then the last day they put screens in the windows and did some other finishing work. The office scheduled my inspection. Yoandry and his team were also present with me when the inspector did a walkthrough of all my windows and doors. Altogether considering how much work was done, it was a relatively stress free experience! And my new windows and doors look great.

One week later and no email or response. We've tried to get in contact with Joey every day for a week and he just ignores our messages.
