Sal's Pals is also extremely flexible. Although we try to keep last minute schedule changes to a minimum, things come up. Sal always found a way to walk our dog even with little notice. We email/text our schedule of walks we need each week and they are flexible and don't charge you if you need to cancel at the last minute.....which we've done on many occasions due to weather, working from home, etc. They leave little notes on what your pooch did or didn't do on their walk. We've never had any communication issues with them and they usually respond about questions very quickly. They'll even contact you if they notice your dog isn't feeling well or did something in the house. WCPC has the code to the house and we've never had any trust issues. On special occasions, we've needed them on weekends, which didn't prove to be a hardship. They email us a monthly statement and accept payment via check or electronically. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and most importantly they love our 4 legged client.
