Our dog is sensitive to getting her nails trimmed and I was amazed by how quickly and pain-free they were able to do it. 2-3 of the staff would work with her, one person cutting her nails and the others keeping her calm and comforted. It would be over in just minutes. HOWEVER, the last few times we've gone, it's been terrible. They put a muzzle on her and with just 1 staff trying to both cut and keep her calm, they were not quick so she would start crying and whining and not staying still. They said they did not want to cut her nails again and asked that we try elsewhere, which is understandable. I'm just disappointed that they were not as efficient and helpful as they used to be.

They put a lot of thought into each dog's personality to give them the best care possible. The entire place gives off the best vibes, and it makes me so happy that my dog has such a safe and fun place to be while I'm working. I have been thrilled with everything my dog has done here: daycare, special events, overnight boarding, and grooming. When I pick him up, my dog smiles and pants the whole way home before eating dinner and falling into a deep sleep. It is well worth the money if you're looking for ways to help get your dog's energy out or to give them a safe space for socializing with other dogs (or just people!) If you're interested in spoiling your dog, I highly recommend the birthday party package. My dog got to be the center of attention all day long (his favorite) with all of his friends- and he got a birthday cake! Best of all, they shared an entire album of pictures of his party!

The adoption process takes several weeks. Happy Paws is VERY thorough. They called my veterinarian and landlord to ensure the Beagle would go to a trusting home. LITERALLY LOST MY DOG! 1 star is generous…read more This was my first, and absolute last experience with this "groomer." I dropped off my dog and was told she would be ready in a few hours. As promised, a few hours later, I got a call stating my dog was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the shop within 20 minutes only to find the front door locked, and no one answering the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting, she finally pulled up, with who I believe was her boyfriend, and informed me that my dog was missing! Apparently, her boyfriend took my dog for a walk, and she pulled out of her collar (which she has never done with me or anyone else), and took off running. She told me that she was just out looking for her, but couldn't find her, and that she had contacted that local police who were assisting in the search. But that she had been last seen in the vicinity of Park Ave. and E. Front St. Luckily, my story has a happy ending and after two hours of searching, my dog was found unharmed (just exhausted). However, she was over 1.5 miles from the "groomer" (near Brunner Elementary), and she had navigated numerous busy roads and intersections. I am extremely fortunate to still have my dog with me. Throughout the entire ordeal, the "groomer" appeared to be very unsympathetic, and just kind of an "oops" attitude. Bottom line: Completely incompetent individual and an unprofessional operation.

Ava loves to cuddle after walks with Ines and to this day every time we say her name Ava gets excited. They sold these pills in groups of four so I said OK, I'll take 8. Much to my surprise the girl behind the counter asked me for $172 for eight pills. My response to that was I will leave the dog at home. As we were walking out the door feeling very disappointed the girl said oh wait a minute wait a minute the pills are $72. I can get the same pills on chewy.com for about $25. This Dr was trying to screw me for some motion sickness pills without grease. Old men can buy Viagra for less
