No hassle with my own loan from my bank, provided the same lot discount that was advertised. If I needed another truck, I'd go back here. No annoying after sales calls. Sales rep sent me on a test drive less than 10 minutes after arriving. Left knowing I was buying the truck. They even offered to drive it to me and pick up a potential trade in. 10/10 everyone should go here. I drove an hour and a half to them.

He listened to everything i asked, and was very punctual and honest in his answers. I knew I wanted the 2025 GMC Canyon that they had on the lot, and he made it happen. I live 1.5 hours away, so we did most of the paperwork by text, so when I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. I did the test drive, Mark showed me some of the gadgets, and it was time to do the financing. I told Mark that I didn't want the warranties and all the other stuff that other dealers try to make you feel guilty about not buying, and he listened. That is where Justin came in. He listened also. He knew that I wanted to get in and out, so he had the paperwork ready. I did end up getting the extended warranty, but I had looked them up on car shield and a few other sites, and the GMC extended warranty was actually a great value, in my opinion. Anyway, I was in and out of the dealership in a little over on hour. Holy crap!!! That never happens! Great experience! Mark, and Justin, are my guys in the future when the wife needs a new car. It was made out in my husbands name, and nowhere did it say this is a rebate or it is for the dealership. So he cashed it. Now, the dealership has been calling and harassing my husband about getting their money back! I feel they should've gone to Ford or gotten it internally resolved because of the "customer is always right" motto. Not for this dealership! They feel they are entitled to this money and have called every day wanting it back. Now, they are threatening legal action if we do not pay it back.
